Excellent value and had a comfortable weekend stay. Clean, cozy room that worked well for me as a solo traveler. Good location, a 15 min walk from Gare Montparnasse and Denfert-Rochereau/Paris Catacombs.

The room was bigger than expected which was a nice surprise. The only annoying thing was the size of the bathroom but apart from that, everything was perfect. The night staff was very accommodating and patient. Breakfast is included across the board from 7am to 1pam if I remember correctly. Please bear in mind there is an additional charge of €7 on top of your booking. The location is close to buses and metro and as a bonus close to the catacombs of Paris. Will stay there again.

Hotel staff was great, very helpful. The hotel was quaint and included a decent breakfast. I have no real complaint but a couple observations. My room was tiny. I didnt mind the room so much but the bathroom and shower are SUPER small. If you are a big person, getting in and out of the shower is interesting. The elevator is tiny too. They had an issue with their room key system so I had to go back to the lobby several times during my stay to get my card fixed. However, if the price works for you, and you dont mind small, then this hotel is fine. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly, and food is decent.

Very nice little and cozy hotel in the quiet 14th neighborhood of Paris, further from he touristy area. The room was small, but had what was needed and the breakfast was satisfying. The staff was very nice and accomodating. We had a late flight and were allowed to leave our luggage at the reception after check-out. Recommended for all who prefer a more local experience in Paris.

Small compact facility which is all I needed.
Facility was nice, but the staff was excellent. I was given wonderful support with my many questions. With the the managers help I was able to locate and get to where I needed to go. Very helpful.

Nice hotel, close to transportation links.
Rooms are quite small, but that’s usually what you get in Paris for this price range. Close to transportation links and to bars / cafes / brasseries. Staff were friendly and rooms were very clean. Breakfast buffet, no cooled breakfast, not very varied, but enough for a good start to the day.

The room is suited for solo travelers. While it lacks in space, it made up with the size & comfiness of the bed. And the staff are lovely. Only thing that ruined the holiday was the airport shuttle driver. He was rude and unsafe driver. Regretted using it. Better off using public transport to airport.

Tiny but adequate
It's an Ibis so it's going to be small but wow, I didn't think a room could be that small...the bathroom was almost impossible to turn around in. For two people it was too much of a squeeze but if I was by myself I would stay again. Great staff, clean and modern (apart from the elevator, which is an experience). Good location with 2 metros 5 minutes walk away and plenty of restaurants and cafes in walking distance.

Maine Montparnasse
If you're a fan of Montparnasse...head a little futher south, but still in the loop, to this area. Lots of great shopping, bars and restaurants but not too touristy. Great deal, great staff, great location. I'll return to this one!

Clean hotel for a fair price
Needed a bed for two nights on a business travel. So the small room size didn't really matter. But bigger people could get problems especially in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi connection was quite poor, so not ideal as I wanted to work from the hotel. I liked the breakfast room in the basement, the breakfast itself was very basic and French, but okay if you are not on holiday or Honeymoon. The staff was very friendly and well versed in speaking English. Two Metro stations were about 5 minutes away by foot and there were a few shops including a Monoprix in Alessia about 3 minutes away by foot.

Nice small hotel
The staff is great, very helpful with everything! As for the room, my boyfriend and I had a standard double bedroom and it was quite small, so was the bathroom. However, it was very clean, which to us was more important than the space. Close to shops and restaurants :)

Good neighborhood, lackluster service and room
I understand that Paris is expensive but $120-$130 euro per night for this place was pretty unreasonable. Room was barely larger than the king bed inside it. No amenities in room whatsoever. Breakfast was basic an decent, nothing to write home about. WiFi was borderline unusable likely because it is being utilized by people outside of the building. Unsure why they don't password protect it. 2 of staff members were very nice and helpful. One other at the front desk was absolutely not--very standoff. Both my friend and I were questioned separately at different times if we were actually staying in the hotel. Only pluses were the nicer neighborhood close to some decent restaurants and the area was relatively quiet. Other than that we felt ripped off on all fronts from service, to room quality, to lack of customer experience based on what we paid.

IBIS Styles a Hotel with STYLE
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in a single room which although quite compact suited my needs entirely. The bed was smaller than a double but bigger than a single and the room was well equipped with all that you would expect and very reasonably priced. The breakfast was ample and well stocked although the eating area could benefit on a re-think on lighting as it was a bit gloomy. The staff were very friendly, pleasant and helpful except the young guy on late night reception who was noticeably unfriendly! Some people have commented that this hotel is hard to find, I thought quite the opposite very easy to find and on a good Metro line 3/4 mins away and close to Montparnasse. Very enjoyable stay and I would book again.

Good budget hotel
Hotel is a 10 min walk from a metro station which can get a bit tedious when coming and going. Wifi didn't work in the room but worked flawlessly is lobby areas. Good breakfast. Ideal for a city break.

Excellent hotel for families!
Having stayed in many family rooms in the UK where we have found a put-you-up bed squeezed in for our second child we were very pleased to arrive and find two full size single beds for the children and plenty of room for all four of us. The room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast ample for a full day of sightseeing! It was a short walk to the Metro and a short trip to reach the centre of the city. We found some lovely local restaurants close to the hotel. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris!

Great modern hotel
Paris hotels are always small but are also sometimes old and dingy too. Ibis delivers bright white rooms with modern furnishings. The hotel is off busy streets, yet proved close enough for us, with two children, to walk to a full range of shops (from groceries to clothing), as well as not only to the metro but a station with the RER B train to the airport. The breakfast included in the basement grotto was also a fabulous start each day.

You get what you pay for
...which in Paris, is not surprisingly much less than what you would get elsewhere....OK, so here's the deal with this one: it was so hard to find that metro employees and cabbies alike didn't recognize the address. The overall neighborbood was not bad, it's just that the hotel is so far from the sights and is very well hidden. The actual hotel has some novel ideas and bright spots, including a fantastic breakfast as well as coffee and tea throughout the day (that you have to brew yourself) and complimentary internet access (in Europe, they would charge you to breathe if they could). But the good points of it end there: beyond that you'll have to deal with staff that is mediocre at best (Melinda was good, and it ends there), an extraordinarily cramped bathroom (good thing I was able to walk off all of the lbs), and generally speaking, very little value for what you pay for. Worst of all, I had to convince and demonstrate to the evening front desk clerk that I had paid in full for my rooms prior to arriving and in French, no less, because his English was about as good as my French...in any event, only stay here if you're ready to walk, deal with the Metro and don't mind being far away from the sights.

Room and hotel seemed very clean. Bathroom was tiny, but not unexpected for Paris. Hotel is in a decent neighborhood with some excellent restaurants nearby, but is not near many sights. About a 10 minute walk to the metro, which we used extensively. Most of the hotel staff was very friendly. The included wi-fi was easy to use, after getting a personal login from the staff.
