The hotel was newly refurbished and very clean, and the staff were very helpful. The parking is secure with direct access into the hotel.

Charming outer suburb of Paris. The hotel is well situated. Air conditioning was fantastic and most welcome during our hot visit! Super staff. Easy to get to RER and an easy walk to charming shops; market, restaurants and attractions.

Good location and the great staff do their best to assist their guest. Rueil Malmaison is a nice town and the hotel location gives you walking access to the city center and a single ride to la defense

Property was in a nice location. Metro was about a 15 Minute walk. There was a bus stop opposite the hotel and the bus went to the station. Room was small but clean.

We used the hotel as a stop-off for early departure from Charles DeGaulle next morning. The lovely little town square within 300 metres was a bonus

A little far from Paris but if you don't mind taking the train which is 10 mins away walking, is perfect. Nice area really clean and everybody was super helpful. breakfast was perfect and even though the rooms are tiny they are really comfortable and clean

Good location.
Hotel was undergoing refurbishment while we were staying but it was a clean hotel. Check in and out were quick an efficient. Breakfast was good. Room was compact but had everything needed with a decent shower. There was a high demand for the small single lift at peak times.

Business stay
Good hotel for Business stay if you're not planning to spend long time in a comfy hotel room, the room I had at the end of the corridor was small but adequate for me. Clean comfortable bed. The hotel and room felt newly renovated and fresh. A good breakfast selection was available. Good and easy to connect Wi-Fi service. So I was happy with my stay.

Room was very small for three people. It was also quite far from the main city. Staff was courteous. I am not rating it high due to room size and location from the main Paris city.

Nice hotel for a business trip
The hotel is very nice and clean. I used it for a business stay. It is not far away from train station (around 15 minutes walk). Rooms are clean and modern design. Bathroom clean with towels, soap, washing gel. There is room service and reception open 24/7. Breakfast: selection of cheese, ham, croissants, coffee, tea, cereals, fruits and juices. It was a pleasant stay and I will deferentially use the hotel again.

Great value in a great location
Location is quite close to the city center. Room is small, but well designed and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Will definetely pick the hotel again next time we return.

The standard room we stayed on the 5th floor is very small. Not the same as pictures shown...which is as hey said in the small print. The door can't fully open coz the double bed is so close to the door. The shower glass door can't really stop the water from wetting the bathroom floor. The reception got confused n asked us to pay cash in a rude way without checking our hotels.com booking confirmation even I offered to show the booking info while checking out. We were attending a wedding nearby. We were told by other guests the issue then we walked back to the hotel to make it clear to the reception. A simple "sorry for your inconvenience " is what I expected. The service needs to be improved.

Clean and what you expect from an IBIS
Hotel is situated on the outskirts of Paris with good transport links into the centre. The hotel staff are friendly and the rooms clean. Parking is secure and 9 euros a day which is a plus. Perfect base to explore Paris and avoid the traffic jams closer to town

Overall the hotel needs a major renovation.
Our bed sheets had stains on them and they were not even removed the next day during cleaning. Odor comes out from the carpets. Overall, would go somewhere else.

Nice Paris suburb
Easy to walk to the RER station which gets you into central Paris in 20-30mins. Great hotel with excellent, friendly staff. Breakfast choice superb (buffet). Value for money.

Excellent hotel
We had a fabulous stay. The hotel is very clean, the room excellent with a lovely bathroom & very comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful as our French and knowledge of Paris is minimal! Rueil Malmaison is a lovely town and we very much enjoyed staying a little way out, only about 20 minutes on the Metro and no problem with the 3 day tickets that we purchased on arrival. Plenty of friendly places to eat & drink at in the evenings. Will definitely stay there again as we want to arrange another trip to Paris.

Rooms were small, but adequate. Train station 15 minutes walk, but there is a bus stop right outside the door which operates every 7 minutes. Takes 5 minutes by train to La Defense. Hotel in nice residential area outside Paris. Found staff to be extremely helpful.

This hotel is a very uninspiring place. You get what you pay for. Prices during the week end are good but rates during the week are high compare to what you get. Shower/shampoo fixed on the wall, small towel, leaking shower, cheap flooring... at least it is resonably clean. ironing has to be done in a room by the reception. concl. hotel is fine for a 8hr night or if you just need a base in the area. Not a place for doing business or enjoy good time. Charming city center 5 min walk.
