Efficient, cheap, hotel choice.
Very functional, no extra, like no possibility to make your cofe or tea in the morning. just shampoo and soap distributor. Nice breakfast, nice team. Well positionned.

Good budget hotel
Very well located hotel, it was a decent sized and very clean room. Basic but what is to be expected from a budget hotel. Would definitely stay again.

This was a nice small hotel that will suffice for a budget friendly trip to Paris where you will spend most of your time outside than in your hotel room. The rooms are small, but they do provide everything you need. The elevator is tiny, only two people with their luggage could really go up or down at any given moment, but that's not a big issue other than when you get there and when you leave. The day we got there we had 109 degree weather and the a/c was not strong enough or sufficient to cool our room, but that was the case everywhere in Paris not just there. The breakfast was really good and the eating area had a nice atmosphere. Helpful staff who spoke some English, their English was better than my French, we made it work and they were patient with us. We're very grateful! I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Great staff at the reception. Most cleaning ladies smile and say bonjour or if you do to them first they reciprocate; but one cleaning lady in particular had a scowl on her face, when I smiled at her and said bonjour she ignored me. I understand we all have personal and family issues in our lives, but at work we need to control our emotions and be amicable. The shower drained so slowly that it would flood the floor if I didn’t turn it off to let it drain while showering! I did not have these issues two years ago, that’s why I came back to the same hotel! I love the location, room cleanliness, restaurants around and it’s a really quiet and calm area :)

The room was too small i doubt it was a double one it had one kind bed but the room could hardly fit one person. The area is nice it has good restaurants yet at night so quiet so not really recommended if you want to go home walking from the station. Room was clean though

I asked for a quiet room and was put right next to the elevator. Every time someone called it, it sounded like shoes in a dryer in my room.

Reception drama.
Checkin black lady with African accent in English was giving me a bit of altitude-just slightly. Quickly correcting us that we should not “called euros currency as dollars.” Could be a bit friendly especially when you have been traveling a long trip to get to Paris.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights in mid Nov 2018. It was conveniently located, and had good facilities expected of a 3-star hotel. I wish, though, that the room had coffee making facility too!

There were ants in the bathroom could not figure out where hey were coming from. The room was super clean and the bathroom was clean also but just kept seeing ants and couldn’t figure out where they were coming from. Breakfast is okay.

Nice hotel
Great location, room was small but clean and comfy. Car parking is chargable per day but knew about it beforehand, it is very tight even for small cars but were warned about it by friendly staff.

Great for a quick stay
Everything was easy and quick, from check in to check out. The rooms are small, typical for an ibis. They have all the amenities and are clean. Not much room to store luggage. I would definitely stay there again. It’s close to the metro and yet in a very quiet neighborhood.

Room was just a little small and one of the staff members was a tad bit obnoxious, but other than that it was pretty decent. And it wasn't insanely expensive! Oh also they did take one our sheets from the bed and didn't replace it so we had to go get one but obviously nothing major at all. We also really enjoyed the larger safes in the room because we had some more expensive things that we didn't always want to carry around with us while were visiting.

The Ibis in Montparnasse is in south of Paris, away from all the busy tourist areas. Easily access all landmarks by close by metro stations; easy to buy metro tickets at machine (buy extras as some rare stations may only have entry only with no ticket sales!). Great reataurants in area: sushi, Thai, Libyan, crêpes, etc. Great shopping close by too on major roads. Ibis has decent breakfast option, self serve buffet: fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, croissants, bread, sliced meats, cheese, juice, coffee, tea. I felt safe in hotel and area surrounding it. Very clean rooms and bathroom, very cozy bed and pillows. Hotel was perfect for somewhere to sleep within easy access to all sites of Paris. Very helpful staff, they printed my last minute purchased Louvre ticket. Tip: buy all tickets in advance to avoid line ups, especially the Catacombs, crazy line-up wait time!! (Aug/17)

Dont expect much
We chose this hotel for our last night of our trip as a last minute reservation, due to our pleasant experience with other ibis hotels. But this branch of ibis did not meet our expectations. The hotel was not dirty or uncomfortable, but it was very weary. The bed was comfortable. The staff were cold and distant (even by Paris standards) and looked very unhappy.

Not a bad place to stay, a little off the regular tourist path but within 10min walk of several train lines. Quiet area at night, wifi works but constantly reconnecting when it times out can be a pain. Otherwise very clean and comfortable, friendly staff

Pros -Close to the main attactions. It took us 10mins from Eiffen tower to the hotel in a Taxi, which cost us 10EUR. -They have parking. -Staff was very nice -Lots of restaurant and grocery stores near by. Cons -No air condition in any room of the hotel, just heating due to old building structure. -Parking space is really small, only can fit compact to mid size cars. -Internet was not really fast. -Small elevators

Came to watch the tour de france, the hotel was really well located, 10 minute ride to the Eiffel Tower, 5 minutes to Notre Dame, small courtyard to lock bike in and friendly staff. The room was very small but as I was by myself, it was fine. Clean and modern bathroom and free wifi. Served me very well and good breakfast.

located in a great and safe area, very clean and comfortable hotel. near several metro stations and lots of places for food as well as a couple of pharmacies & supermarkets for anything you may need. would definitely stay here again, hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. have previously stayed in 5* accommodation that wasn't a patch on this!

First and last time in a Ibis hotel. I booked a smoking room 15 days before my arrival and when i did the checking the employe gave me another room (no smoker) and it was like this according him that's it he said. About the room it was noisy ( they did repair and remodeling in the hotel) without a notice !! The room was tiny tiny trust me no place to move at all and iwas alone. I could here the occupants of the rooms close by...... It was amazing to see how the people could come in the hotel at night like a public place....... The last day i had the,suprise .... The elevetor wasn't in use so with my luggage i get down (4 stairs) to the lobby. As i said i won't go back to this place !
