The Ibis brand did not want to put a mini-bar or coffee facilities in the rooms, you will find these services from the 4 stars in the Accor group.Our bar is open 24 hours a day and you can find several different drinks as well as very good quality snacks.We wish you a very happy new year 2024.

They disconnect water supply I request for 1 pm check out . Normally check out time is 12 . Room size are very small . If u have a big bags can’t fit in the rooms .

Outdated but a comfortable stay
The hotel itself is in need of some updates. But the staff are all very friendly, the food is really good, and the beds are comfortable. I would stay here again.

Very chesp and nasty, in urgent need if refurbishment! Also i booked a triple room, 1 x double and 1 x single, unfortunately the single was a junior fold out sofa bed and of no use to a 6ft teenager!

Very friendly and helpful staff, but the hotel is an a terrible state- It does not look like a 3 star hotel. The bathtub drain was blocked, radiator looked rusty, paint coming off the toilet seat, old and thin carpets. Clean rooms, comfortable beds but overall felt like it needs a refurbishment to comply with the standards of a 3 star hotel.

On way home from holiday in south. Stayed in two other of your hotels in last 3 weeks( reviews left were excellent) this was poorest as room small and single unwanted bed took up room, could not get to hang things up, bathroom was old type eg bath with shower attachment and black mould in small areas. Staff were great but bar did not have good selection eg No wine in France no cider. Bed comfortable and towels etc good. Only stayed one night so could accept. Suggest room upgrades as in other of your hotels.

Unfortunately at this Ibis we had a pair of Jimmy Choo trainers robbed from the room Chloe the ‘ menager’ didn’t care at all, The trainers where brand new €280 in a box and bag with personal details All we got was ‘ it is impossible’ Items moved round the rooms aswell and having to argue with her saying that the cleaners hadn’t even made the bed so how could they take trainers, well they did Well Clloe, someone did who had access to our rooms. Our children where called ‘liars’ I have tweeted Accor hotels who have not responded Maxine thanks for your understanding ( reception) STAY AT YOUR YOUR PERIL

Perfect in every way, except aircon.
This hotel is located in a quiet area with plenty of free parking. The staff are all very lovely and helpful, with perfect English. The breakfast is pretty good, with some hot options, and a wide selection of drinks. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the ensuit has a bath to use. Sometimes the aircon unit makes a low buzzing noise and you can hear liquid trickling? It's also not a very effective aircon unit; it didn't really cool the room that much. I would definitely stay here again, in hopes of new aircon units being installed!

Nice hotel
Stayed here for 2 nights. Two thumbs up to the Receptionists, especially on the night time. Really lovely lady and very accomodating. Room is clean and big enough.wish the airconditioning was working properly but not a big deal because window can be opened. About 10-15min walk to train station. 46mins from train station to Paris. A couple of minutes walk to the bus stop.

Nice hotel with friendly staff with poor facilitie
The hots was good and the staff were were helpful and friendly. The room facilities were poor, probably common on France. Stayed at other hotels too and none had even a kettle for tea. The air conditioning unit wasn't working as it should. Even for a cup of tea in the morning we paid 2.50 euros which was a bit too much.

Nice room but could do with more facilities such as tea and coffee. Bed super comfy. Not ideal if you are travelling to Paris or Disneyland as transport is a bit of an effort

It was a small room in a business type area... The rooms were clean and tidy. close enough to Disney Paris. Maybe 15 min drive up the freeway... you can walk to the netro and get into paris in about 25 mins. Rhe walk to metro is about 10 mins from the hotel but its a straight shot.

Awesome Disneyland budget hotel
Fantastic stay for anyone wanting to do Disneyland in a budget. About 10mins from the park very easy to get to. Hotel was quite and very comfortable. If your planning on the ritz then this isn't a hotel for you but if your normally comfortable with a premier inn or travelodge this is perfect. Staff where very charming tried to help as much as they could but very limited English something not normally use to in France nowadays but we managed. Will definitely be coming back.

Bad service, no one on the night staff spoke English. It was my birthday and my husband and I were on our honeymoon and we couldn't even buy champagne, the man didn't understand us. We wanted a double blanket so we could sleep together (we requested to be changed to a double bed, they couldn't accommodate that) but he couldn't even understand what we wanted, so we had to sleep separately. Water pressure was awful, and there were no sockets next to the bed. When we complained to the manager, she was very rude and not helpful at all.

Extremely pleasant hotel close to Disneyland
We stayed here for two nights as it was close to Disneyland. We paid a very cheap price for two nights so we wasn't expecting much, but seeing as we were just using the hotel as a base to visit Disneyland from, we were willing to take the risk. We were pleasantly surprised on arrival, it is situated down a quiet road on an industrial estate... This doesn't sound that nice but the road it was down was clean, well kept and pleasant. Parking is free, a simple, unguarded car park but we really didn't see this as a problem because it seemed very pleasant in the surrounding area. The hotel interior is clean and modern. We arrived at 10pm and a nice lady checked us in right away. Our room was again, modern and very clean with a TV. The room was fairly small, as was the bathroom but when you are just sleeping in it I don't see it to be a problem, especially for the bargain price. We decided to have breakfast on the Sunday morning, which was nice but very limite To a cold, continental breakfast. Some warm food options would have made the breakfast 10/10 but for the price, it was perfectly reasonable and did the job. You could also take a hot drink away with you, which we did. Overall we thought the hotel was fantastic and would certainly stay again.

We had a very nice 3 night stay. The room was very clean and tidy.Only complaint was that the bathroom was a bit small. Staff were all pleasant and very helpful.

We had a slight hiccup with our booking as we had booked 2 rooms for 2 adults and 3 children 5,3 & 3, on arrival we discovered only 1 room was booked the check in clerk compared our booking print out to theirs and very quickly and efficiently resolved the problem with a bit of juggling she found us 2 connecting rooms and made up an extra bed for our oldest son. The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff both on check in and check out we're very friendly and efficient. If we had arrived earlier then the restaurant would have more than fulfilled our needs.

Overall: I've stayed at much nicer Ibis in the past and this one was a little run down, but I had no major complaints otherwise Cleanliness: Maids came everyday and fullfilled all our requests, no funky smells nor stains, relatively clean Quality of service: very nice staff. They really are a 24/7 reception desk, which is hard to find in France. Many just say they are because they have a box outside the gate. They checked us in late night/early morning around 5ish am and let us have a late check out as well a couple daays later a bit after 1pm. They let us borrow a vaccuum, so we could compress our vaccuum seal bags to repack our luggage, which was good them to do. Amenities: Internet free throughout the hotel, computer in the lobby, elevators, luggage cart, free parking, neat in room desk and little couch, space to store things in closet, extra pillows and towels on request Location: Perfectly siuated between Disney (about 15 minutes) and Paris (25 minutes). Otherwise, not much around and hard to reach without a car. Easy to find and well lit. Gate at night.
