Dear Malar,Let me first of all thank you for choosing our hotel .Honestly, all the crew and i are really shocked about you review and note !!Maybe you are talking about another hotel, cause you did not payed 300 euros in our hotel !Then, we accept an early check in for you for free, a late check out as well, we kept your luggage 48 hours for free to let you and your family have a nice trip to Normandie , we accepted that you come to take your breakfast after this one was closed and more...I think that you made a mistake about the hotel and please if the case can you rectify ? Cher NOE, Vous me trouvez choquer moi ainsi que toute l'équipe de l'hôtel avec vos propos. heureusement il y a d'autres commentaires qui contredise bien le votre ! Surtout que vos enfants étaient bruyant (plainte de la chambre voisine tout les soirs), nous avons toujours trouver une solution pour arranger cela, mais je comprends votre colère qui se porte plutôt sur l'absence de cuisine dans la chambre (vu que votre femme a demandé de cuisiner!!) pour cela il fallait prendre un appartement et pas une chambre d'hôtel cher monsieur ..
