Rooms were a lot smaller than on the photos but for a short city break it was perfect. In a great and safe area, walkable to all attractions and staff were very helpful.

We booked a three-bed room but such room was much smaller than in the photograph to such an extend that there was no space to store or open our luggage. Also, the employee who welcomed us showed hostility because I did not speak French by clearly stating he spoke only French: when I moved forward speaking in English, we perfectly communicated in this language. He also said that our group “did not need two keys” and handed only one to us. The management was apologetic but the experience with the employee ruined our three-day trip to Paris. The location is great, though: you have to walk approximately 1.5 miles to get to Champs Elysee.

Next to no noise isolation, people loudly banging on the door at middle of the the night, random fire alarms at night, luggage was left unattended in public area when left with the hotel. Would not recommend.

This hotel is a great option for those who have come to explore the city of Paris. The hotel is located in a safe and charming neighborhood close to Arc de Triomphe with easy access to Ternes Metropolitain station. The lobby and rooms are small and clean. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and considerate, with personality, and not mechanical like you may find in some chain hotels. If you are seeking a basic, yet charming and safe place to lay your head at night, this hotel should be on your list to consider. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

We liked our stay overall. The staff is friendly, the location is very good. A couple of things we didn't like: our bed had separate mattresses and I saw dust on the wall opposite to the air conditioner (although everything else was very clean). I'd recommend this hotel.

A horrible night shared with the neighbour couple
The room I was given was old and had a door connected to the other room. It would not have been too bad if I did not hear everything that was happening in the other room. The couple in the other room decided to have some fun from midnight till 3 am. I asked the staff for another room, for him to tell me there wasn't any. He then called the people in the other room to let them know they were doing too much noise. The woman was shocked I could hear them (yes you could hear their normal conversation too). I really don't get how this is a 4 star hotel. I did not sleep at all that night and spent a fortune for a bad evening. Do yourself a favor don't stay here.

The hotel is in a fairly good location, about 10min from the Arc de Triomphe and 5min from the nearest metro. We were quite disappointed with the room. We paid for the deluxe room so we could have the balcony to chill out on in the evenings. However, it is a small shared patio and not a private balcony as shown in the photos. It is divided by a few plants with the next door room which is fine except that there was only one table! Which caused a few awkward situations. The patio is also accessible to the rest of the rooms in the hotel, which defeats the purpose of upgrading the room. Therefore it really needs to be divided properly and enough furniture put out. The patio was dirty and really needing updating, as it’s missing floor tiles, etc. Also for a deluxe room it was quite pokey and small, and there’s no view as it’s on the first floor and looks onto the patio. It was not the romantic getaway that we had paid for... The positives are that the room is cleaned daily, there is a nespresso machine in the room, nice staff and a good location.

It is a shared patio, that's right, but it is reserved for the clients of the rooms that have direct access to it and not open to the entire hotel. I think the division by plants is a good idea actually. It creates an ambiance much more lively and relaxing than if we built a wall there! But of course tastes differ. I don't know if you have been to other Parisian hotels before, but I need to point out that these rooms are big for the local standard. ;) We hope you enjoyed your stay in Paris anyway. The hotel is perfectly located. It is near all the major sights in Paris. The rooms were great and very clean. The only downside is if you drive you will have to park a few blocks away and walk to the hotel. There isn't parking on the property. We have a 1-year-old and this still worked out just fine for us. They're a very family-friendly hotel and we loved staying there. We will definitely stay with them again in the future!
