Une reservation, pour minimum 14h, nous sommes arrivés à 14h40, personne à la réception, portes fermées, nous sommes restés sous la pluie jusque 15h20, malgré nos appels incessant pendant tous ce temps, bien évidemment restés sans reponse. Petit déjeuner formule à 12euros pour une formule volonté, et bien non, nous sommes 5 et 4 viennoiseries, 4 moreceaux de baguettes, meme pas 1 personnes, du pain a été redemandé, le pain a été mis au four mais brulé car la chargée d accueil etait plus occupée sur son téléphone. Si non chambre propre, même tres propre, tres bien équipée, grande salle de bain, bonne isolation.

The hotel is within a very calm area of Paris and a 5 minute walk from La Defense metro station. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They put on a good spread for breakfast, lots to choose from. Nice size room & bathroom. The bed was very comfy. only thing to let it down was stains on the bed sheets, which we requested were changed and they did so. No aircon in the room, but there was a fan and we had a balcony. Luckily for us, we visited in spring before the summer heat. Would visit again!

Nice, comfortable room
We enjoyed our stay here. It is very convenient the La Defense area of Paris which is more of modern/business location. I think it is a cool place to come out, and there are a lot of dining options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I were coming back to this area.

The room was large enough to accommodate a family of four. The beds were also comfortable. the area was very quite and conducive for relaxing. It was quite hot in the room due to the hot whether and may be installing air conditioning might help.

Good prices on the weekends, but the hotel rooms are pretty bare. No lotion or shampoo packets in the rooms and internet is spotty. Besides that it’s a good enough place.

Great boutique hotel in the La Defence Area
The hotel is boutique style, small but well accommodated with a large bed and very functional shower. Breakfast including fresh fruit and eggs far beyond the muffin and juice experience of similar hotels in North America. The hotel host was amazing providing tips on local travel by metro and his dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay. I would definitely return and recommend this to anyone wishing an alternative to big box hotels in the La Defence area.

Great location - 5 minutes from La Defense station and a few minutes walk to Courbevoie in the other direction. Room small but adequate. Very clean and comfortable and great shower! Only recommendation would be to upgrade from paper cups for the tea and coffee. Staff very helpful and we loved the pastries on reception. Highly recommended.

Nice, quite and modern, perfect to visit Paris
It was excellent! The hotel is clean and comfortable, a bit small but modern and well designed. The personnel is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is good, not too fancy not too modest. The hotel is a bit far away from Paris but the public transport is working perfectly! The internet connection was the only problem, we couldn’t connect any of our devices (computer, tablet , phones) all of them were apple , so the system is not setting for Mac. It has to be improved. Great value for money!

No Space in the rooms
I was there for 2 nights in August (Summer).. Rooms were too small. There were no space for even Luggage or movement. No toiletries given until I asked for it. No AC in the room. A Small Fan was given which was useless with no cooling. Gate can't open If i connect this Fan in the given nearest Electricity plug. No space for keeping a shampoo bottle or Body wash during your shower bath. Not sure what is the point to have this kind of hotel room? Top of that it is out of the Paris city. 35 min far from Leyon de Gare Railway station / Eiffel Tower.

Very good hotel with awesome staff
The hotel is very nice and the price is reasonable. short walk to La Defense station. Angela, at reception did a great job helping us to track our missing baggage from the airport, as she went above and beyond to get the info.

Very small. Unless you’re alone don’t take it!!
Frigirator broken my whole stay. No cold drinks! No A/C. They hav a fan they say it’s a cooler I don’t think so. I was sweating all night. Extremely small space. I would never go to this place again.

Dear, We are sorry that you have had such a bad time with us. Our mini bar being broken down, we made available to our customers the refrigerator of the kitchen. We are sorry for not having air conditioning in our hotel, but our Dyson fans are very efficient according to our other guests. Regards
