Very Comfortable Stay!
We had a very nice stay. The room needs a little updating. The bed was very comfortable. Daily service was very good. The A/C worked nicely. The big positive was the staff. Very helpful and polite.

Loved our stay!
We loved our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful every morning. We loved our room off the outdoor patio. Very convenient to transportation.

Great location, so-so hotel.
Location is fantastic and the staff is [mostly] very friendly. Beware of the images on the listing. I know there are better/newer rooms, but the image we got for our room was nothing like it was in person. They said they could move us to another room on our second day, but it had to be at 11:00am and we were out seeing the city. by the third day we had only one day left and my wife didn't want to repack just to change rooms, so we ended up staying there. If you need to use the internet to work, DO NOT STAY HERE. The wifi in the room was almost non-existent and after two days of complaints and hearing "your room is actually the closest to the router" we just gave up. In the lobby, the internet is blazing fast, but it simply did not work properly in our room and loading a single web page took minutes.

Great location, good size room which was very clean. The room layout was a little odd. Our stay was during the large union protests where there was some civil unrest. It would have been useful for the hotel to provide daily updates as we got stuck in one of the protests and it was quite scary. Other than that yhe location was perfect for exploring the sights.

Very Disappointed with Room
We booked a Superior Room but the room we were given was nothing like the room advertised. Our room was small and looked exactly like a standard room. Our room had a separate WC which was tiny, claustrophobic and really uncomfortable for an averaged sized person. We only had a shower and no bath, however under the Superior Room Description it states you get a shower over bath. Had I seen a real photo of this room, I would never have booked it. Aside from being unhappy about the room description the staff were lovely and the location was good.

Hotel is located very central close to metro, brasseries, cafes. Overall very clean hotel and rooms are convenient on the main building. Staff is helpful. Hotel Manager - Eric was just great with outstanding hospitality. Thanks to all of them to make my stay enjoyable. I disliked the noise from next door or corridor. The walls are not voice protecting enough. Also, if I was staying on the extension building with old fashion interior, I would be unsatisfied. Luckly, I was able to change to the main building.

The service was very nice, but the room wasn’t like the pictures. It was big, but the toilet is not placed in the bathroom, it’s a separate small room for only the toilet. The bed and pillow is pretty hard, if you like hard beds 😅 but location is great and staff is really sweet!

L'hotel est très agréable, bien situé. L'accueil était parfait. Le séjour s'est très bien déroulé jusqu'au petit déjeuner où l'on nous a demandé de nous dépêcher de libérer la table, surement pour d'autres clients. Pas très agréable un dimanche matin!

We had the large room on the 6th floor and the weather conditions were very warm. The a/c in the room wasn’t suitable for the size on the room and also it was turned off by the staff while we were out and about during the day. Beside this everything was great.

Wonderful location where your close to everything but not on a busy road. Close to the metro and within walking distance of the Louvre and surrounding area. Rooms are clean and quaint. Staff are helpful and kind.

The first room we were given was dark, dirty and in terrible condition. Thankfully, after speaking to staff the next day, we were given an adequate room, which was bright, clean and spacious.
