Lovely location, particularly convenient for running the marathon. Good transport links. Air con in the room didn’t work properly though and having no proper shower over the bath was a pain. The shower head was clipped half way up the wall! Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Staff was very nice, courteous, polite and helpful. The bathroom was roomy.The place did not look the way It was featured on website, especially the reception area. could not understand the meaning behind the decor as you enter the front door. Could not use my CPAP machine during the stay. It was a struggle to get my devices to charge. With some modern decoration it could be more attractive. With all of that said, I would stay there again because of location and staff.

The staff were lovely, particularly the Gentleman who booked us in. Breakfast was really nice, and free coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day was a nice touch. Hotel has a great location. Room was comfortable as was the bed. Only reason it wasn’t a 5 star review is because the bathroom could use a new coat of paint. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent base for a trip to Paris
The reception staff were very helpful from our arrival and our room was clean and had well appointed facilities. Our towels and bed were changed daily. The bed was roomy and extremely comfortable and they added an extra bed to our room for my teenage daughter. The bathroom had a bath which was a bonus as I was expecting a small shower and this was equally clean, it was winter and I was worried that the room may be cold but this was not the case and it was very warm and relaxing. This hotel is tucked away in a back street just a short walk away from the Champs Elysees and the Arc de Triompe so there are plenty of shops, restaurants and a good supermarket close by. It was a lively and busy area by day and night but the hotel wasn’t in a noisy area at all. It was an excellent base for a trip to Paris.

Nice hotel, poor bathroom
Nice hotel and location, pretty basic for three star status but nice, elegant lobby. It is ridiculous though that there are zero towel bars or hooks in the bathrooms (mine or my colleagues) and the shower head is a handshower connected to the tub faucet. So it’s mounted at waist height and you have to hold it to wash hair or shoulders! Awkward at best. No hotel should have that problem!

Not a nice hotel
Extremely disappointed. Stayed for a week. Rooms so small could barely open up my suitcases. Old and smelly. They did renovation work the entire time. Starting 8 am with the banging and continuing throughout the course of the day. They set off the fire alarm and had my family climb down 4 flights of dark stairs which were blocked by renovation materials and heavy tarps. Had to argue with house cleaning to get 3 shower towels for our three guests. They thought 2 should be enough. Also was told they had no extra pillows in the entire hotel. Have stayed all over Europe on many vacations. Never is a hole in the wall like this place. Btw, breakfast is another ripoff. 15 euro per day per person. There’s a breakfast cafe around the corner which cost a combined 15 euro daily for all 3 of us. Location isn’t everything. Paris has sights spread out all across the city so you really can’t go wrong staying anywhere.

Perfect location and easy walk to sites
Great location and staff great. Rooms are good size and breakfast lovely. Only downside is shower rail needs raising as far too low. Easy walk to most site's, and Metro stations handy. Think about leaving your car outside the centre as parking is €50\day. When returning to Paris will definitely being using this Hotel. Thank you.

Superb base for Paris sightseeing
Superb location very near to Arc de Triomphe, plenty of restaurants nearby and metro. Ideal base for a few days in Paris Hotel was lovely, friendly staff, nice continental breakfast and coffee on tap. Rooms were nice, but small ,but you havent come to Paris to stay in your hotel roim. Would 100% stay again

We were incredibly pleased upon arrival how Miguel at the reception desk greeted our large family group of two rooms, even helped with our luggage and friendly check in/check out process. He is this Hotel’s best asset willing to help at all times with information and always with a smile! The hotel does need a little remodeling especially with the carpets inside the rooms but aside from that, location was walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The hotel overall is ok with small rooms. One main reasons I am not comfortable is the toilet which does not flush. I have to wait or spend 10 minutes to get it flushed almost every time after the business!!!

Nice place to stay in Paris
We enjoyed our stay. The room is small (like many Parisian hotel rooms), but ninely designed and clean. Quiet area but within 10 minutes walk of arche de triomphe and metro stops. Staff was very friendly, breakfast good and reasonably priced.

First impressions when entering hotel was fine albeit dated but when reaching 3rd floor it was dark and dingy despite ceiling lights..on entering our room we were faced with a bleach stained purple carpet leading from the toilet which looked like something else…hotel ok but overpriced as obviously paying for close proximity to Arc de Triomphe..

Rue Keppler is just off Av. Marceau and 3 blocks from Champs. the facility is clean, quiet and safe. The breakfast is plentiful and well stocked with cheeses, breads & yoghurts. Our room on the top floor was small by US standards but adequate. The room had a hair dryer but no ironing board. Outlets were plentiful. The shower had a floating nozzle on a hose which was positioned a bit low to be effective for a tall person. ***the outstanding friendly team there, from breakfast to checkout needs mention. They truly went out of their ways to make the stay welcome. You are minutes to all the shopping and dining and subway/metro station of George V on the #1 line. Perfect.
