This is a great little hotel in a great area. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Didn't get a chance to try to restaurant but would have liked to as it looked like it had a great atmosphere as we passed by on my way to the front desk and it was obviously popular.

Always a warm welcome from the staff at the hotel, it’s a great place to stay. Central location and a great bed. The one thing that I noticed was a bit disappointing was the black mould in the shower. But overall a great stay as always

The mystifying and most unsatisfactory aspect of our experience at the Bachamont was the housekeeping staff's inability to clean our room. We purposely left during day hours so that they could have access to it at a time that was convenient for them. This was particularly frustrating because I had taken a bad fall and needed to rest and recover while there. The kitchen and reception staff were good about delivering ice to our room so that I could treat my injuries. That meant a great deal to us. But, all in all, it was a strange experience and we will not return.

The neighborhood is quiet and lovely with lots of small bars and restaurants in the area at a walking distance. About a 25 minute walk from Parque del Retiro and the neighborhoods make it very walkable. The staff at the hotel is so helpful and very friendly. It was a very lovely experience in Madrid.

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and pleasant and the location is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Hotel is adequate for a short stay
we stayed for 3 nights. i cant say the hotel was anything special. rooms are very small. we had a executive room which was suppose to be one of the larger rooms. breakfasts are very basic but ok.

The property is in a great location with plentiful dining and shopping just around the corner. It is a fun, busy area and there's a lot to explore. Rooms are small--I mean, TINY! But they are clean and well maintained. Staff was ok, not overly helpful or friendly, but nice enough.

The people at the front desk and the restaurant were very professional, friendly and helpful. The location is near Rue Montorgueil with lovely, walkable streets and a variety of options for restaurants and shops. The morning buffet was good also.

This hotel should be 10 star hotel. From the moment we checked in to the moment we departed, everything was perfect. Staff, Bar, Restaurant, maid service, room, balcony, quiet. If you want to stay in an excellent area, in a real French Hotel, in an area with great Bistros and friendly people, this is definitely the hotel to choose. If you want an american type hotel, stay in a Hilton or Hyatt. I have nothing negative to say about the Hotel Bachaumont. We loved it and wish we could live there forever!!

Lovely charming staycation in Paris
Hotel staffs are all friendly and helpful, courteous and speaks good English. The room are always kept tidy and clean, bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return to this hotel again, despite the fact that the toilet is in a room separated from the wash basin.
