Close to transportation, eateries, boulangerie, convenience store. Small room, but that's Europe. It was clean, had a balcony, a tv, refrigerator, water kettle, and black out curtains. Breakfast in the hotel was lovely, but more expensive than the cafes and boulangerie around. Was a little loud at night and in the morning.night,breakfast in the hotel was delicious

service. Rooms are way too small and they don’t match the photos. Way too far from the center of Paris. If you’re visiting Paris as a tourist this hotel is not for you. The cleaning people make sure to come to the room late in the day to try and clean because they know you’re gonna be there and they’re not going to be able. Lady employee, mean front desk, expensive small breakfast.

Like most places in Paris the room was a bit small but one can manage around it. the bathroom was a decent size though. Overall it was a good experience. The location is good and convenient to restaurants and grocery store. Also walkable to most places within 50 to 60 minutes. The Metro (subway) is only a block away and will get you to almost anywhere.

Honestly the only reason we stayed in this hotel is because is right next to everything, it’s a great location, and the area is very cute and animated, for tourists Now the cons of this hotel, is very tiny, the beds are small if you’re 5’6 or over your feet will be hanging in the single beds, the heat was barely on during our stay there, and then it’s very loud. i definitely recommend for the great location,but if you’re looking for somewhere to relax while on vacation this is not the place for you .

Location was good with loads of restaurants nearby and the hotel was very clean, however it was uncomfortably hot in the room and there was no temperature control. During our stay it was snowing outside and we had to sleep with the window open to cool the room down to 23 C! We booked for 2 adults and an infant and as we understand it you should be given a larger room with an infant to accommodate a cot, but we were not given any extra space. There is no chance a normal sized cot would have fit in the room with us, and we were just lucky that we had a small bassinet with us instead.

Lovely hotel in amazing location!
Really lovely hotel in an amazing location, very close to restaurant, bars and most importantly for our trip, the Moulin Rouge! The staff were very attentive and eager to help. Would definitely recommend!

The staff was extremely friendly, flexible, and kind. Fast wi-fi. Bathrooms and rooms were clean and spacious. Very closely located to the Moulin Rouge theater and a lot of great food places. I recommend!

Room was incredibly small. Bathroom was a good size. Does not have air conditioning which would have been useful as Paris hot (yes in late September) and could not leave the window open due to the very noisy and smoky bar located below our room.

Overall the hotel was great! The front desk staff was lovely and helpful, and we had a great conversation with them about our travels and they seemed so excited for us. Because of our rapport, I feel like they may have told housekeeping to hurry and get a room for us because I later heard one of the housekeepers complaining about us in French to another housekeeper (they shouldn’t assume Americans don’t speak French! Lol). The place is a little dated, and the elevator is quite small, but the room was comfortable. No air conditioner but a fan was provided. We also left the balcony door open at night and it helped keep us cool while sleeping. The hotel is in a great area of Monmartre, near the Moulin Rouge and lots of shops and restaurants. A great location! Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The hotel was ok. Although the room was small, the bathroom so tiny that anyone over a normal size wouldn’t fit. No satellites tv even tho it was stated and the noise from upstairs was really loud! Great location though & staff helpful.

Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff. Great location with tons of restaurants and shops around. Five minutes or less to two different metro stops. Lots of bus stops nearby as well. Wifi worked wonderful. I was able to work remotely and participate in zoom meetings. Already have my next stay booked with them!

Great find
We booked here as it was in the right location and good value compared to another hotel we used to use. It was a long weekend stay and we were as requested given a room at the back of the Hotel away from the street noise. We were greeted on arrival by lovely reception staff who made us feel welcome. The room itself was a standard size for this area, small by some standards but perfectly fine, clean and quiet - just what we wanted. If we had one criticism it would be that the shower for people not of model proportions was a little snug :-) We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on any catering facilities. We will definitely book in again on our next visit to Monmartre.

Ok hotel but terrible customer service
Hotel itself was ok but definitely more dated than the pictures show and not the cleanest hotel I have been in. The biggest issue was the service. I asked if breakfast was included and was told yes, and then on the last day of my stay they told me it was not included and I would need to pay €14 per day for the breakfast. Had I known this up front I never would have paid that money for the embarrassment of a breakfast that was basically mini croissants, bread, and a plate of ham. The bakery on the corner is outstanding and you can get a full breakfast for €4. When I pointed out that they had told me that it was included and I wouldn't have eaten the breakfast for €14 they told me too bad and that I needed to pay even though the error was on their part. Terrible customer service.

This is a smallish tourist-type hotel in the middle of Montmartre, near Sacre-Coeur Basilica. It will definitely be my go-to for future trips to Paris. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay there - twice, once coming to Paris, then leaving at the end of my trip. The hotel is conveniently located close to two Metro lines, as well as being in the center of may fine restaurants and attractions. Highly recommended. Breakfast is not to be missed.

We stayed in the family apartment and it was nice to have a separate room and small fridge. The room was lacking a bit of maintenance and we had many ants crawling around. Regardless, it is a nice hotel in the heart of the 18ieme arrondissement which is full of action and we had a lovely stay!

Friendly, well equipped hotel in a brilliant part of the city. Staff couldnt be more helpful, fixing a toilet cistern immediately on reporting, and booking car to take us to the airport.

Characterful Hotel in great location
It is a lovely hotel with lots of character like a winding staircase and old marble and tiled floors in the reception area. It is in a great location on the Rue Lepic, Montemartre. Lots of shops just yards away and great French bistros and bars just 200 yards from the Moulin Rouge, Place de Clichy and Blanche. This is the second time I have stayed here.
