Arrived after hours. Staff would not communicate with me ahead of time about late arrival. Upon arriving front desk night clerk was unhelpful and snobby. Simply did not want to do more than click a mouse. Seemed bothered about having to answer questions. Room was freezing upon entry - thermostat said 12C°. There were flies and a couple worm like things. It was so late I couldn’t deal with talking to the staff to get rid of it. So opened the window and got rid of it my self. Phone in the room did not work. Asked the night staff if there was a phone available to customers and he just scoffed and laughed as if it were a ridiculous request😂. 10min walk to train station. Sketchy location and no customer service at the train service if you are early.

The property looks nothing like the photos …. I booked the room for my fiancé and I! I was getting married and excited but I was so embarrassed for the make up artist and stylist to come to room …. It was so small and broken mirror…. Tv was set to just french and no way you can change it…. It was completely empty…. And the outside of hotel look abandoned…. It was so bad after two nights my fiance booked a room somewhere else for the remainder of my stay ….. expedia or the business would give us the money back

The room was extremely dirty,I had to clean the floor, the bathroom and the closet, it smell like smoke n the room,bed cover was dirty,I tried to access the gym and the staff lied that , first telling me they were going to open at 10:00 and then that it was under renovation. My opinion is that Expedia shouldn't list this hotel absolutely disgusting!

The hotel was not very modern but had a lovely courtyard with seats where one could relax. The rooms were clean and adequately furnished. We did not eat at the hotel so can't rate the dining. Best of all it was walking distance to restaurants and a supermarket. Five minutes walk to a train station which takes you directly to the Eiffel Tower. Three minutes walk to buses. Friendly staff. Check in is at 2pm but luggage can be stored if you arrive earlier and also after check out. Would recommend for anyone on a budget.

Hotel is a long way from everything nothing open near by at the weekend including bar and restaurant in hotel. Shower in room did not work had to move rooms second room shower did not drain. Breakfast was limited ran out of some items croissants burnt black would not return

I would like to first point out about the gym and breakfast. Breakfast was limited from a toast to cheese and salami. (No eggs). i had to even bribe the person to go buy eggs at the store. Occasionally I would see the receptionist make a run to the store to buy ingredients. I think they are on low budget. The gym room had broken elliptical and broken treadmill that did not start. There was little care and maintenance. To access this room the person in charge was not on site most of the time. The bed sheets of my room had disgusting blood stains. I asked for a pair of clean sheets and they gave me table cloth. The room has no safe nor refrigerator. One day the lady did not make our room and we had to inquire for toilet paper. The personnel were rude and disrespectful starting from the attendant all the way to the maintenance and cleaning personnel. The place looks unsafe and uncomfortable all together. The name executive and the stated "amenities" are misleading because they do not provide these services. I left disappointed with the services provided here.

Skip this ultra low budget hotel
This hotel is super dated. As in the furnitures are old and worn, the light flicker on and off. We stayed in a suite for 2 nights. For those nights, we had no wifi. The first night we were only given 3 towels (for 4 people) and were told we would not be able to get an additional towel until the cleaners arrived--late morning or early afternoon. There is no service to speak of... even when checking out, no one is at the desk.

Was in Paris on business for 1 night and needed a plave to stay. This hotel was the cheapest compared to other places around. But once I arrived early, they tell me I cannot check in until 2pm. This is fine as it is stated in the checkin information and webpage. However, I cannot understand how there are 2 people working in the entire hotel. They are busy talking in their own language ( it wasnt French) and no attention to customers. One emoyee is mopping the floor with bleach, and the entire hotel smells of bleach. Even after mopping the floor, you go to the lobby toilet and its filthy. I wanted to forget my booking even of it meant losing money, but I could not stay in this hotel What a mistake. Surprised there are no bad reviews about this hotel.

Chose this hôtel as it was close to the venue I was working at and it had Restaurant and bar. Arrived on Friday to find out Restaurant and Bar are closed the whole week end . Not a very safe neighborhoods to walk around looking for food. Air conditioning not very efficient. However, staff was extremely nice.

We actually didn’t stay at the hotel and were in fact given a full refund. The rooms had a terrible smell especially one of them. And the smell of smoking was overpowering so we opened windows only to see lots of rubbish on the roof outside. The area wasn’t good either. The only positive thing I can say was that the management agreed with the smell and was prepared to refund our money. I really couldn’t recommend staying there.
