This is a basic hotel thst offers a family suite with a kitchenette, so great for families, especially those going to Disney Paris. The RER A train station is about a 1-block walk, and costs $4 each way to go 3 stops to Disney. The Disney Parks are right outside the train station, so no extra bus, tram, or ferry rides required. Breakfast at the hotel is adequate with plentiful coffee. B'fast ends promptly at 10 so don't expect coffee after that. After having in-room laundry at another Apparthotel, I was disappointed there were no laundry facilities available on site. We packed light intending to do laundry every few days. There is a laundromat on the commercial street nearby. Most staff spoke English well and were helpful, especially when we needed to extend our stay. We also took the RER A train into the city to see the sights. There are numerous restsurants nearby. There is also a HUGE mall Val d'Europe one stop east on the train.

Area is a little shady and not perhaps somewhere you'd walk alone at night. Don't be put off by the communal areas; yes they are a bit basic and tired, but the rooms are clean, comfortable and welcoming. Perfectly situated for public transport links. Bathrooms are large and well equipped. We would stay again.

Perfect great price hotel for DLP
Hotel was perfect not far from Disney so we was able to enjoy our last day right till close so perfect we’ve booked again seems it’s an ideal place to stay before we get to our on site hotel at Disneyland

Needs improvement
This is our go to hotel for stay before or after Disneyland. Positives - near to the RER station, shopping, restaurants. Negatives - although it was refurbished not long ago - cracks are starting to appear - missing light bulbs, crumbling pieces of wall in the corridors, dirty window curtains and unfortunately dirty floor in the corners of the room and bathroom. Also if you are parking just outside the hotel (advertised as free parking) make sure your ticket is validated by the reception. We had problem leaving car park at 7am - barrier didn't open and it said that we need to pay 62 euro for overnight parking. Receptionist had to find a car park porter/security to open the barrier as no one responded to us pressing the contact button. Which brings me to the hotel staff - as always wonderful and attending.

The room was excellent, very clean. However, exterior and corridors really need updating. As we left, the gentleman on the front desk tried to get us to pay for our stay again but we showed our proof of payment. Only when we asked to see the check out form did we point out that he didn’t have the correct form, it belonged to someone else. Very close to station, great access to Disney but surrounding area isn’t as nice and we didn’t feel very safe.

Great room with nearby attractions
We had an amazing stay, the room was clean, comfortable and was bigger than we thought! There is no oven however there is a hob, microwave and plenty nearby including restaurants, bowling and other activities and also a cinema. Fast-food places aren’t too far to walk and the bakery around the corner was beautiful and affordable. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Great hotel
Family room had a very good size with a small kitchen and big bathroom. Plenty of space for everybody. The cleanliness was very good and personnel were polite. The hotel is very close to RER A train station which gives you easy access to Paris. It is located at the side of a mall with plenty restaurant options.

Good price but fair only facilities
My family of 4 persons has booked the family room. The room size is ok but the facilities inside the room is quite simple. The shower gel is very difficult to pull out. By the way, you need to leave down the deposit to borrow the hair dryer. But the number of hair dryers are limited. And there are plenty of restaurants behind the hotel. You can find a lot of food choices among the restaurants.

The time it took to check in was crazy. Arrived at midnight got into our room at 1.45am.. The fridge didn't work in the room, side table to bed was broken. Was clean and bed was super comfy :) The 2nd day in the room the fuse blew and had to swap rooms which was pretty easy and no fuss just a mare due to having to pack everything up. No issues with this room, except this bed was hard and I woke up with backache I didn't have when I went to sleep.

We had a room facing full west. It was already a hot day and the radiator was on full when we got in the room. The beds were comfortable and the staff very attentive and helpful.

Close to train station and Disneyland (by train). Short walking distance to a wonderful bakery and a little street with many restaurants to choose from with a great vibe and atmosphere at night time! On arrival, no towels in room. Went down to reception and after a long wait was given two towels, one of which was grubby and had clearly not been washed. Fortunately, another member of staff arrived at reception. intervened and apologised and we were promptly given two freshly washed towels. Snacks and drinks vending machine in reception area was out of order, but, no "out of order sign" to warn guests, so the machine was happily guzzling up the guests coins and reception staff appeared totally unfazed by this and did not offer any refunds. I was told that the machine would be fixed in about a month's time and I could then claim back my money which I found rather amusing. Rooms were clean and made up every morning. You have to arrive very early or very late for breakfast as not enough tables. It was pretty hot and we only had one tiny fan in our room.

Close to the train and simple
Felt they cleaned well, all the workers we friendly and helpful . The bathroom is very small but we just slept and then left again lol we went to Disneyland and it was cheap and close to the train to get to get into Paris and or Disneyland .

Good option on a limited budget
Not the easiest place to find despite being near the railway station. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. No air-conditioning but we asked for a fan and they gave us one. Maid service erratic as used towels taken away but twice not replaced, although a quick trip to the front desk fixed this. Surprisingly a hairdryer had to be requested. Plenty of places to eat in immediate area. Train and bus service both nearby so easy to get into Paris or to CDG. Hotel nice and quiet in the evenings. We didn't ry the breakfast service. WiFi pretty quick and free.

Clean, very convenient , rooms are good size with small hob and microwave. There wasn't a saucepan in our room, just a frying pan, but I'm sure I could have asked for ne if I'd needed it. Train station is 5 minutes, then 10 to Disneyland on RER train, though tickets are a bit pricey I paid €28 for a carnet of 10, and kids over 12 are classed as adults.

Okay to put your head down for the night.
It was okay... is the best way of summarizing this hotel. We had a number of broken things in our room here and there. The rooms are no where near sound proof, this was proven as one night we was kept awake by a french couple enjoying themselves way to much in bed until 3am. When the lift operates the whole plastic bathroom shakes unbelievably and is very scary if you are using the toilet. The hotel is very basic which is what you would expect for the price, however the broken items around the room didnt offset the price. we stayed here to go too disney, so only wanted a bed for the night, the bed was big and comfortable so it was okay for that.

Great value for budget Disneyland trip!
Had a great stay at Apparthotel Torcy! Great value for money and perfect spot for budget accommodation near to Disney. Only 3 stops away. Nice size double room with kitchenette and basic crockery/pans/utensils needed for 2. Serviced daily. Good shower pressure. Bed quite comfortable with nice bedding. Local area has restaurants, shopping centre, atm all in walking distance.

The frontdesk is very nice. My room was missing hot water kettle. But they don't have a replacement for me . I stayed there for 3 days . Still no hot water kettle.That is only one thing that disappointed.
