The Reef at Atlantis
4.5 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (1009)
"A majority of the food at Atlantis is awful. The staff seem to be very slow and lazy. I would assume it’s because the “gratuity” for everything is built in. There is no incentive for them to work harder to make more money. "

Paradise Harbour Club & Marina
2.5 star property
7.8 out of 10, Good, (427)
"The fact that our initial room was completely different than pictured was just a start. We have used HomeAway many, many times with “exceeded expectation” results but this one was a let down. On top of it all, the hotel manager and assistant manager were... let’s just go with “less than pleasant.” I’m stopping here because I could go on and on about things that were overly misrepresented on this particular outfit. The Beach at Atlantis
2.0 star property
7.6 out of 10, Good, (1001)
"This was my second time back to the beautiful island, I love it there and will be going back. My only complaint would be due you covid and being under staffed the property is not fully operational. I think there needs to be more posting up of what is open, blocked off, available and so on posted for the visitors. That would make things a little easier as you walk around the property."
