"A majority of the food at Atlantis is awful. The staff seem to be very slow and lazy. I would assume it’s because the “gratuity” for everything is built in. There is no incentive for them to work harder to make more money. "

"This was my second time back to the beautiful island, I love it there and will be going back. My only complaint would be due you covid and being under staffed the property is not fully operational. I think there needs to be more posting up of what is open, blocked off, available and so on posted for the visitors. That would make things a little easier as you walk around the property."
