"The people who owns this place is so unprofessional and rude. I was denied my stay @ this place which was fully paid in advance just because i didn't enter the correct number of guest. I was miles away from the city of lima to just found out i didn't have a place to stay with my family. I do not recommend this place at all."

"I reserved, was charged but never received any details about the property, no phone number or any way to get in contact with the property manager. When we arrived, of course without any info we were not able to stay. Thank God for the Homeaway representative who was amazing! She accommodated us to a nearby hotel. It was my first time booking through this system and was not a good experience."

"This property has the potential to be amazing, but we had trouble with insects and there were no screens on the windows to keep them out (and no AC) We also were disappointed with the maintenance practice of apparently using untreated water for the grass, which created a terrible smell. "The apartment was very different to photos, different kitchen and living area - may be different apartment?? It was extremely big with 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ( advertised as one bedroom 1 bathroom) was too much for two people . There was a problem with the water, one night we had no hot water then woke up the next morning to no water at all! "We loved our stay at the Paracas guest house! The host and her staff are incredibly friendly, and the breakfast is very good. As foreigners visiting Paracas for the first time with the intention of spending the majority of our time there doing early morning activities and retiring early, this hotel was a perfect choice for us. Clean room, and this is a much quieter area of Paracas than downtown. The hotel feels very safe and warm, and the rooftop is a nice and cool place to spend an evening after picking up a few beers and snacks at the gas station down the street. We got a good quiet sleep both nights we stayed. There is a fan in the room that kept us cool. We knew when we rented the place that this would be a 5 minute walk from downtown, which was what we wanted. The only thing that we did not expect, totally out of the host's control, was that there is a lot of construction happening in Paracas and so there are not always paved roads or sidewalks on the walk between the hotel and downtown. We made the mistake of not getting a taxi from our drop off spot downtown to the hotel when we arrived, and despite the short distance it was difficult for us to get there. A cab between the hotel and downtown is 10 soles and well worth it when you have luggage. The host is happy to call one for you, and there are licenced cabs in Paracas you can easily book. I would definitely book here again! "
