"Help staff, a bit slow for early breakfast, but friendly and helpful. location near to shopping center was useful, but off major roads, so fairly quiet. Also the local mosque call to prayers at 4:15 was very quiet and could not be heard if the low background hum Air Con was used in the room. Furnishings a little tired but comfortable bed. Shower was over the bath and water went outside of curtain, Very hard to shower in a more controlled fashion. Rooms were large, hotel seems to attract...

"Room is clean, hotel staff is polite and friendly. However the hotel has super lousy wifi. Non existent for the whole duration of our stay there. Given feedback that 1 lightbulb inside the cabinet was faulty from day 1. Never got it fixed until the last day we were there. There’s fridge inside the room. Not really cold but at least has one in there. "

"It's located in a pretty safe area of Palembang, close to many things one might one to visit. There's a souvenir shop downstairs and McDonald's as well. My main problem was room service. Staff doesn't speak English, so whenever you pay for something, you'll never get to see your change back because I think they assume it's a tip, so they always just keep the change... It was pretty strange."

"About 25 minute walk to Demang LRT station. Nothing to see or do nearby. A little bit loud with the street noise and music playing in the hallways night and day. Decent swimming pool. Great choices at big breakfast buffet."

"Arista Hotel in Palembang exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The lobby welcomes you with grandeur, the room offers ample space and a convenient work table. The cozy bed ensures a comfortable stay, complemented by a rejuvenating rainwater shower in the impressive bathroom. Fast and efficient check-in/check-out processes streamline the experience. One standout feature is the delightful breakfast spread, featuring a variety of local delicacies. The proximity to ICON mall adds to its appeal, but caution is advised when crossing due to the lack of traffic lights. Overall, Arista Hotel has my highest recommendation as the best choice in Palembang."
