"The beds (8 inches thick) and the cotton sheets (high thread count) are very comfortable. We booked the Triple Room and it is large enough to fit my family of 5. Very spacious and clean! The T & B door jam needs fixing but it does not affect the quality of our stay. We never experienced a clogged toilet. The rooms are clean. The furnitures are basic but of good quality. We all had a good night's sleep every night after an exhausting day. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Asia...

"My experience in JV hotel is very disappointing & I’m not comfortable. Towels are old & dirty looking . There’s a mosquitoes flying & bugs in the bed . Bathroom is very dirty . Floor is dirty look like is not been cleaned. Furniture is dusty . I checked out early & look for another hotel . Hope the management will check the workers & make improvements to make an effort to give a good service & cleanliness to all the rooms especially the bathroom. Everything in the room is not good . "The plumbing is terrible! Hire, or better yet train, personnel to properly install and maintain the plumbing. I truly thought the sink faucet fixture was going to break off in my hand. Aside from the plumbing… the King(?) room was fantastic and I hope to stay there again!"

Make improvements how to clean properly
