Everything was great! There is a young lady who works at the reception desk who made our stay extra special. Her name is Amina and I will always be thankful we met. I was having a very stressful day and was on the verge of tears. She came around the desk and hugged me when I needed it the most. She also let me borrow the correct electric plug so that I could charge my phone. If we come back to Oslo, we will definitely stay here again!

Handy location if travelling, close to train station - hotel is budget and functional. We had two people in a double room where the bed was against three walls making it hard to sleep/move around.

It is very conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and the train station. Shampoo-body wash combo was available in the shower. Check-in is done at a kiosk, but there is somebody available behind the bar counter to help, if needed. Breakfast is not included in the fee. There are a few options for purchase at the bar counter. They clean your room every 4 days, but we only stayed 3 nights, so we didn't have that service either. For these reasons, we never interacted with hotel staff except to hand our keys over when checking out. While hard to judge their service to customers, we had an overall pleasant stay.

In Oslo, close to local Train & Bus Transportation - good location! Had inside Room that looks @ 4 wall inner Courtyard was noisy later @ night & Early Morn - sounded like People dumping Trash - NOISY!
