Had beautiful clean room and excellent and pleasant staff. Once again we wish we could have stayed longer. Had excellent breakfast too.

Very convenient for bus and railway stations. Very big room - almost a mini-suite - and with a balcony looking out over the street. Breakfast was several floors down in a basement. No restaurant for an evening meal.

The best hotel bed
Stayed only one night as part of a longer trip. The location is very good if you are traveling with bus or train as it’s next to the stations and a short walk from city center. The style of the hotel wasn’t in my taste but the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in a hotel. TV showed only German and Arabic channels when it finally started working (the remote didn’t work and had to be changed. No elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs (the girl in the reception didn’t offer any help). Breakfast was adequate.

The girl who worked at the reception that night was her first working night. In my opinion, you should give us a second chance! Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Rezeption super besetzt. Sehr sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Frühstücksbüffet sehr reichlich und immer frisch. Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Busbahnhof gleich ums Eck. Straßenbahn vor der Haustür, auch zu Fuß nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum. Wirklich zum Weiterempfehlen. Ich buche es auf alle Fälle wieder A. D. aus München
