Highly recommend
Beautiful location and beautiful room. Towel warmer in the bathroom and plenty of shampoo and such. Very friendly people both in reception and the restaurant we ate at. The food was amazing too. Separate blankets for each side of the bed which I love!

I was charged for parking and it was supposed to be free (even in their in room booklet). I had to complain twice to get the refund for parking. Also bed sheet was simply soiled when we tried to go to bed at about 22:30. We had to call to the reception and eventually after 23:00 someone came and replaced the dirty sheet on the bed. Breakfest facility was full of flies. It was very annoying to have a meal there when you were constantly bothereed with flies. I would NEVER stay there again.

Pokój obszerny, ale skromny, wydawać się mogło, że za tą cenę będzie o nieco wyższym standardzie. Słabe żarówki ( ciemno - mało światła), hałasy z kotłowni - na szczęście trwały 15 min. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne choć pieczywo twarde.

This was a lovely gem of a find. We booked late after a change of plans and were really pleased we did. The local area is beautiful. The rooms comfortable and the breakfast was very nice, as is the food in the restaurant. Our only issue was that we had to go to the main castle to check in.

Return visit to this quaint hotel and restaurant
Great little find. Food in the restaurant is good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It is a little off the beaten path, but a nice neighborhood and a castle down the road. We have stayed here twice - each year for the Polish Pottery Festival. Great value for the price.

Smart choice for overnight and little longer stay
In general, its really nice place - around 15km from main road, so not so far away to drive and much more silent. By all means its not just a house or hotel - its a castle! Breakfast was tasty and very classical. So even you are transiting Poland and are looking for a place where to sleep overnight, I suggest no to be lasy and choose this hotel instead of random motorest.

When we got to the "hotel" we had to carry our baby and all the bags from the car park, quite far, only to be told by security that the reception was closed (21:30) and we had to carry everything back to our car and drive (about 2 minutes) to other hotel (Hotel Kliczkow, owned by the same people), get the key to our room and come back. The "TV" in our room was the size of a smart phone and the bar/restaurant was closed (22:00). No shops near by! It was cold in the room and in the morning we again had to drive to Hotel Kliczkow to check out. The only "+" was the breakfast which was reasonably good. Overall a DISASTER

A most excellent place to stay, wish we had more time to stay longer. Great place! Breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. Good walk to the castle for a glass of wine is highly recommended.

Når man kommer frem til receptionen Er denne lukket.... Hængeskilte eller noget, frisører at ringe på det oplyste telefonnummer i booking reference, år der bare er en polsk telefonsvarer besked. Hjælper ikke meget når man kun kan engelsk, tysk eller dansk. Efter lang tid lykkes det at få kontakt med et andet besøgende par, som kan fortælle at man skal 800 meter væk for at henvende sig i slottets reception. Men så gik der selvfølgelig også en time er det.

Weekend w Kliczkowie.
Świetna lokalizacja. Bardzo dobra i przyjazna obsługa. Standard zgodny z ilością gwiazdek, kompensowany ceną. Śniadania dobre (jedynie dziwi brak wody do śniadania, jest kawa lub herbata, co przy rodzinach z małymi dziećmi jest lekkim problemem). Panie z restauracji chętnie przygotowywały n.p. odpowiednio wysmażoną jajecznicę. Generalnie polecam.

Our reservation was upgraded to the Castle Hotel next door, and the staff was amazing/friendly. The two hotels are run by the same group/company and we could not have been happier with our stay. Good location for pottery shopping if you have your own vehicle.

Dans un joli cadre, l’hôtel est confortable, les chambres sont spacieuses. En plus une cuisine polonaise traditionnelle sur place ;) . Le château avec sa belle terrasse vaut le détour ! Pour celles qui viennent chercher la détente un SPA vous accueille avec une offre assez complète..

Ogólnie sam pobyt w porządku chociaż było parę zgrzytów: - rezerwowałem pokój 3 osobowy, a otrzymałem 2 osobowy z dostawką, po interwencji otrzymałem pokój 3 osobowy, - pokój można by odświeżyć - na ścianach sporo śladów po muchach, komarach i innych owadach (wystarczyłoby odmalować), - hotel uczestnicy w programie partnersko-rabatowym mojego banku. Niestety przy płatności nikt, włącznie z kierownikiem marketingu o tym nie wie :(. Na plus: - pokój 3 osobowy: osobny pokój dzienny i osobna sypialnia, - miły i pomocny personel, - smaczne jedzenie, - bezpłatny basen dla gości hotelowych, - przejażdżki konne dla dzieci i dorosłych (za dodatkową opłatą).

Dåligt - stanna inte här. Man blir besviken.
Ovanligt stt ha dålig upplevelse men vi känner oss lurade. Bra betyg på hotels.com men ingen rolig upplevelse. Kom dit, ett tråkigt ställe, inget folk i receptionen trots att de hade öppet enligt hotel information. Fick åka upp till stora slottet för service. Fick vänta en timme för rum ( inte städat, klockan var 6 på kvällen). Vi väntade en timme på trippelrum men fick ett instängt 2bädsrum med minisoffa, ingen plats för en 17-årig son, inte ens bäddat! Fick annat rum för 5 pers men dåligt städat, med kvarglömt kläder i badrummet, ingen hade tömt papperskorgen och kvarglömt disk. Dålig luft och instängt rum. Kändes inte rent. Aldrig igen!!!!
