"The site on expedia said it would be all inclusive 10 days..It was not. In addition, only 2 pools and the weirdest thing, no restaurants!,..just 2 bars for 500+ people!.. I guess nobody eats there. Although the staff was very nice, the grounds outside were super cared for, it was not worth the money. The had to replace the AC units filter during our stay. Room was a little smelly but service did a good job cleaning daily."

"I want to commend the staff. The front desk clerk was really friendly and courteous. She welcomed us and even gave us a brief introduction to the Melia brand. Even the security staff we encountered was helpful and assisted us on our way to our room. The hotel itself (at least our building) did show some wear, but the amenities and staff made the stay worth it. Definitely will consider going back when in the area again."

"We always stay at this resort when in Orlando. It’s just my husband and I, so if we had kids I would probably choose a Disney resort to make life easier if Disney is your plan. However, we love the pool at this resort and the Four Flamingos restaurant is incredible! I do wish they would update the rooms as they are a bit outdated and carpet seems dirty."

The house cleaning staff accidentally broke the one I had in the shower and had notified me of this by text. By the end of the day, they replaced it with a brand new one.
