"Hotel ubicado en el centro de Parma. En una calle semi peatonal. Cerca de todas las tiendas y restaurantes del centro de Parma. A 3 cuadras de la Basílica. El personal fue muy gentil y el check in fue hecho en un instante. Sirven un desayuno bueno. Es una gran opción para quedarse en Parma. "The best part about this hotel were the staff members. From housekeeping to the front desk, they were accommodating, helpful, kind, and pleasant.
