"I arrived to the location about 2 hours earlier from check in time, But the cafe at downstair was open and let me checked in. Staffs were friendly, helpful and fun to talk. You can get discounts or free drinks from the cafe restaurant. I think the hotel location is really convenient to access to anywhere in the island.
