5 mins walk from Oita station, with lots of dining option n shopping nearby. Hotel has good onsen, free nite noodles and stick ice cream. Staff is efficient n polite and breadfast, is of dormy standard. I would recommend highly

This hotel was right next to the train station and the main shopping/restaurant areas were a five-minute walk. So, in terms of convenience, it was spot on. The onson/hot springs included were, for me (as a non-Japanese tourist), superb. Free ramen was included in the evenings although I didn't get to try the breakfast. Considering there was construction going on during my stay the room was remarkably quiet. I thoroughly recommend Dormy Inn Oita and would stay there again if I ever return.

Nice and conveniently located. 3 mins walk to Oita station. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Staff are helpful and approachable. Will definitely stay in Dormy Inn hotel again.

Amazing location, literally next to Oita Station. Lots of dining options around, and the hotel even has an onsen on the top floor. Great price, great location, and a great hotel.

The onsen was extremely nice, indoor and outdoor baths, a cold bath and the best Sauna I've ever used. This was a very pleasant surprise. The facility is no-smoking, the extra $6 I spent for the No smoking room as shown on Expedia is actually for the floor that has a smoking area on it. No impact to my stay, never smelled anything smoke. Room was clean and functional.

Everything quite new inside yhe hotel. Onsen is wonderful with 2 in the open atmosphere. Room is spacious enkugh to move around freely. Hotel is nesr the JR station and a lot of restaurants and shopping streets nearby.

Super convenient hotel, 2 mins walk from the Oita JR station. Close proximity to Animate, Department Store and other sightseeing. The include breakfast and free soba/udon option between 9:30pm to 11:00pm. The best part is the inhouse onsen (indoor and outdoor)
