"For what the room cost they don’t clean the room every day, the same coffee mug wasn’t replaced with a new one every day I washed the mug and reused it every day, the restaurant was very good and the hotel is quiet."

"It's a beautiful place but rooms need upgrade. Old room no fridge or microwave. Went with a child and didn't have a fridge to put her milk in. It was very disappointing. Room next to mine was shut down under construction."

"Everyone working at the Double Tree was lovely. We felt so welcome. The woman running the front desk was kind, compassionate and professional when we arrived upset, having had a terrible experience at a local hotel. She quickly found a room for us before check in time, even though the hotel had been fully booked the night before. She turned our day around! "The facility was very vlean and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the on a weekend.breakfast hours ended at 9 am on Sunday. I thought it should have been available oonher "

"I have stayed at this property multiple times always very satisfying, but my last few encounters with a woman name Martha has been to say the least not good. She is very rude and non-accommodating. I would not recommend coming here on the weekend as she works Saturday and Sunday. Unfortunately there’s always that one that gives the rest of the bunch a bad name and she is that one."
