"I've stayed at HOTEL NORTHAMPTON many times over the years and have always been happy with the choice. Having the very good and casual restaurant downstairs is a plus and the number of really fine restaurants in walking distance from the hotel is another plus. The people working at the hotel are intelligent and genuinely friendly. "

"Excellent staff: knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only shortcomings we encountered was the bathroom's lack of a rubber bathmat or safety bars (bathtub floor is quite slippery and dangerous) and an exhaust fan switch. We were told that those issues are to be addressed shortly."
