"My wife was in the Methodist hospital for a week so I needed an affordable place to stay. This rental unit was perfect. It smelled and appeared very clean and had all the amenities that anyone would need. There were plenty of towels. The unit was very quiet and I never heard any neighboring occupants. There is a brewery with good food right downstairs in the same building and they have a beer garden/gated patio area. The rooftop terrace is only accessible until until 5pm, we were the only ones on the rooftop on a Friday around 4:30pm. "We stayed in unit E. The location was perfect for the convention center event. Parking was more than stated in the instructions, but it was still a good price. We could see the car from our window. You will need to use the earplugs supplied for night traffic noise and possibly bring an eye mask. The rooms are very bright with big windows esp. if you are sleeping on the sofa bed. Nice seating areas if you need to work on your laptop for work. The full-size kitchen is nice for heating up...

"Place was nice..swrved our purposes..but no wifi and no tv. We tried to send an email to get Wi-Fi password and did not get a response back also cannot access the TV because we had Android phones and I guess you needed an Apple phone. But it's okay we want there to watch TV. Also the washer did not work."
