The property was beautiful. Very islandish. The staff were friendly. We had a great time! I have a couple of complaints. There were only two elevators, and one of them was always breaking down. So essentially they had only one working elevator most of the time. My other complaint was the toilet kept clogging with just a few pieces of toilet paper. The staff was quick to come up and fix it. My other complaint is the restaurants. If you didn’t get to the restaurant by 6 o’clock to put your name on the list, you pretty much had to eat at the buffet. We liked being in the pool and we would stay until about 6 o’clock when the pool closed And then take a shower. We had to eat at the buffet every night and didn’t get to experience the specialty restaurants. The food at the buffet was excellent and they had different things every night

The property definitely needs some remodeling. The room is extremely spacious and housekeeping was always on point. However, the light switches were oddly placed and were falling apart. Two of the outlets were not working and the television did not allow me to connect my phone. Also the sliding door leading to the balcony looked like it was about to come off at any minute. Also the first night of my stay I was in extreme heat due to the air conditioning not working properly. When it comes to food, the only acceptable options are the Japanese restaurant and the buffet. The steakhouse was absolutely terrible and did not even supply steak knives to cut the terrible steak. Overall, if you’re looking for a nice resort to relax with close proximity to the beach and pool that are offered onsite with great amenities and entertainment this is the place for you. This was a great experience, however I will not be returning. Side note: The staff and people are probably the nicest and most accommodating people I’ve ever encountered. A big thank you to them for making my stay much better.

We had a great time here with a group of 9 adults and 4 children. Buffet and snack buffet were great. Beach location was good too. You can snorkel to see fish here too.

We enjoyed the dining and drink availability, and our room was very nice with a great view. One of the elevators was not working for our entire stay, which was a HUGE issue for everyone in the main building. Extremely inconvenient and made us late to multiple outings/meals.
