Restaurant/bar was closed on a Saturday and the place looked book. Not a great option considering the closes restaurant was a 1/2 kilometer away. The after 1600 front desk (old guy) looked at me like i had 3 heads when I asked for a bucket of ice. Then came back with 10 cubes in an ice cream bowl. The A/C didn’t work right and took till the middle of the night to cool down. Only good for 1 night stays.

Comfortable and clean room, breakfast was great. Hotel is location near the airport also providing free parking for the guests.

Rebranded Campanile
Its a rebranded campanile in poor condition, despite being 10 rooms away i could hear the lift all night, then at 6.30am a jack hammer started up. (I guess thats not really the hotel's fault but still)

Upon check-in i was given a room that was not ready as no housekeeping was done since the last guest left. I was then provided with another room. This room also had issues as it was a trick to lock the room while leaving, the washbasin was draining as fast as it should and the shower head was clogged with limescale.

Though the construction site may not be the property’s fault, it still made the approach to the hotel feel like a war zone. The air conditioner didn’t work, the restaurant was closed, there was no breakfast available. The shuttle service, however, was excellent.

We’re we’re bitten by a bed bug, we don’t know what it was and woke up 4am cause of this, very poor cleaning, very bad experience, had to sleep in the car. I give this hotel -1 stars.

The proximity to the airport and the price were the two major advantages. Also the breakfast was excellent for the price. The only thing that was not so good was the size of the bedroom. Two adults with their luggage would not find it comfortable.

A/C was useless. Even though it was only around 25-27 degrees outside, A/C my room had was just blowing regular air and was obviously too small for the room. It was unbelievably humid inside the room. Room was extremely small for 2 adults, child, stroller and only 1 suit case. Hotel did provide shuttle service to the airport on the moments notice and check out time is very generous at 12pm. Registration staff was polite and efficient. In any case, would most likely avoid in the future.

The staff were friendly and professional. Parts of the room needed a bit of maintenance. There was no way to fill the sink in the bathroom, as its design was not to have a plug. Therefore, you had to keep the water running in order to wash and shave etc. Which to me was a waste of water and not very eco-friendly. There was plenty of choice for breakfast

Rude front desk worker
I would like to have a full refund for this stay- I arrived in Lux airport at 11:00 and was told to contact front desk and they would send shuttle- my friend called for me since I had not established cell service- front desk worker was very rude to her and told he would be there in 10 minutes, 20 minutes later she called and he said it would be another 20 minutes- by this time I was the only person in front of the airport- all cabs and buses had left, I looked to my right and saw the shuttle racing front the bus depot and waved but he didn't see me?? At midnight I finally walked along to hotel alone in the dark. When I arrived he wouldn't even acknowledge me just kept talking on phone, finally I got to my room, it was dirty and had a stained pillow case. I travel often and have never asked for a refund but in this case I feel it is appropriate

It was just ok - the room was not in so good condition - the corridors were refurbished since it changed from Campanille to Mandarina but the rooms are tired.
