Siamo molto felici di sapere che lei abbia apprezzato molto le nostre camere e la nostra struttura.Siamo coscienti del problema che i servizi di trasporti non particolarmente efficienti durante la sera, ma, per vederla sotto una luce diversa, ciò le permette di avere un sonno più tranquillo; inoltre, sono sempre disponibili alternative di trasporto, come la metropolitana che effettua le corse fino a mezzanotte e dista 1 km dalla nostra struttura.Speriamo che questo piccolo problema non abbia influito sul suo soggiorno e ci auguriamo di averla presto come ospite.Cordiali saluti

Gentile Alfredo,ci dispiace molto, anzi moltissimo quando un ospite parte con un giudizio "accettabile" perchè sicuramente non è questo il nostro obbiettivo, quanto piuttosto di far partire i nostri ospiti pienamente soddisfatti.Per il check-in avevamo pensato per voi alla 116 che è una camera superior che può ospitare un terzo letto ed in compenso ha finestra e balcone nonchè affaccio su Nisida. Ci dispiace abbiate preferito optare per un cambio. Tuttavia ci teniamo a comunicarle che la camera 104 è una quadrupla a tutti gli effetti e che abbiamo lasciato solo il 3 letto per lasciare a voi più spazio dal momento che siete in 3. Ci scusiamo se ciò ha causato un malcontento, ma ci creda, la nostra era una buona intenzione.Ci auguriamo di poter avere in futuro la possibilità di accogliervi nuovamente affinchè il vostro giudizio sul nostro hotel possa diventare al di sopra delle aspettative.
