"Asure hotel was very nice has everything one could need. Staff very friendly and helpful. Minor drawback was the space in bedroom was tight when getting into one side of the bed, secondly the sofa couch is very uncomfortable, but we were only there one night. The amenities were great! "

"My wife and I have stayed at the County 8 - 9 times since 2009. Lovely art deco style hotel. Outstanding meals (try the lamb rump). Staff are just great. Angela is just the most welcoming and friendly hotel owner you will ever meet. Hotel is in the heart of the Napier CBD and across the road from the Marine Parade. Great secure parking across the street. Unbeatable."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Crown again. It’s ideal location, beautiful bathrooms and sunlit rooms make it the ultimate Napier stay for us. Friendly staff also rang to say we had left a wine cooler bag in the room and would they like us to send it back to Wellington for me ? That’s incredible service. When I left my togs in a room a five star hotel in Auckland said they never ring as it would take up too much of their time. "
