"Frontline service staff were very friendly with a courteous smile. Always greeting us when we were in the hotel. Rooms were great, clean and very spacious. Enough room to open 2 to 3 27" luggages with enough room to walk around. Near to Nagoya station, within 5 mins walks."

"名古屋出張の時はここに決めてます。 サウナはドライタイプとセルフロウリュタイプに別れどちらも素敵ですが、個人的には森のサウナと呼ばれるセルフロウリュタイプが好みです。 中は薄暗く灯りが調整され、ヴィヒタをつけた水を温められた石にかけることで、ヴィヒタのいい香りが充満し、リラックスできます。ラップランド水風呂は気温マイナス25度、水温0℃に調整され、サウナで拡張した、血管がキュッとひきしめられほんとにととのいすぎます。 1時間に1回程度実施されるアウフグースさーも他の施設のようにうるさいタイプではなく、静かに行っていただけます。"

"It was very stuffy atmosphere and not a very comfortable vibe to sleep or stay in. A lot of people were coughing all night long I didn’t not feel healthy being there. It was very confined with to many people into one area."
