Staff was totally rude. We open the door to our room and it was DIRTY! It smelled & when i told the staff they said that was not true! I told them “you can check the room yourself” & asked for another room. & they did not want to, stated they had no rooms & waiting on other reservations. I told them well i will need a refund because i did not pay for a dirty smelling room im pregnant and cannot be around this. He stated it was my problem because they are a “non smoking facility” Even though i kept insisting on them to check the room and notice it themselves

Property was clean. And staff wwere friendly easily accommodated request. But will charge a 100 dallor security deposit just to get your room key even after you book your stay through expedia. Or another booking service. Only other complaint is if the room next to me was using the shower it leaked out from under the wall from under the my rooms sink area.

Well i stayed 2 nites and the first nite was good. Housekeeping cleaned my room and last min. We decided to stay one more nite. The front desk on the 1st day was very helpful and nice but the 2nd day i was late arriving back like not til 6am the morning of checkout and my room key didnt work and the guy at front desk that claimed he was manager but slick think he lied he was very rude and wasnt trying to help me. Only felt the need to argue with me then he let me know my bf had already checked out so i wasnt allowed back in the room i paid for. Room repair NDD, CALL to confirm needs will be met
Really needed a ground floor room. No apologies, or regrets. Just "we don't have a ground floor available". Nothing more. Took a deposit, went to room to find many things broken or missing, so I immediately took pictures and went back to the front desk to inform them of the discrepancies so my deposit would not be affected. They did hear what I told them, and said they will tell the cleaning ladies. End result, beds were comfortable, checkout lady was very friendly, and we re-aquired our full deposit.

Not impressed. Hotel demands a $100 cash deposit - I was paying by credit card and this caught me off guard. Cleaning person banged on my door by 8 AM each morning (on the weekend) wanting to collect soiled towels - never replaced them. Had to go to front for more. No offer of maid service. Hair dryer did not work in my room.

Upon arrival the front desk claimed they did not have my reservation from Expedia. House keeping did not leave us any towels one day. People sitting in their cars outside our room at night for unknown reasons. Hair dryer did not work in room 104. TV Remote battery door was broken. Room was clean. Shower was powerful. Refrigerator was cold. Outside was very well lit at night.

Worst experience of my life. Horrible service. Rude staff. Dishonest and incorrigible. I've been out the country and several states. I've never had service this awful. I usually don't stay at hotels lower than 4 stars and now i know why. You get what you pay for. I understand the need for affordability but not at the expense of common decency. Better places to stay with fair prices. DON'T COME HERE. The poor guy in line in front of me, bless his heart was treated just as bad. So race, class, or gender doesn't matter.

Quite noisy but that's to be expected as it's on a main road. TV is very difficult to navigate. Non smoking room smelled like an ashtray. Never did find the continental breakfast.The couple of concerns I had were dealt with by management in a friendly way. Reasonable price, get what you pay for kind of place.

First tried to get me to put a $100 deposit for a room that cost me 68. Plus I had already pd. for the room on line thru Expedia.Only 2 towels in the room, which were not clean. The bed sheets were not clean. The smoke alarm was missing. The extra chain on the door was broken, terrible wifi signal, AND the bathroom was not clean. Never again!

This place needs work. The worst part was the groups of guys loitering outside rooms and on the stairways drinking, smoking pot, and looking wasted all times of day/night. The check in girl was super rude and insisted on adding a $100 charge for a room deposit we werent informed of in advance. There were flies in the room and it wasnt very clean. For a non smoking room it smelled like it used to be a smoking room. On the upside the beds were comfy, but id never stay here again.
