I have stayed at this hotel many times. Location of this hotel is great. Staff are very helpful. Hotels rooms are perfect for family or single. Price are reasonable

The rooms in the hotel are really nice. Shame about the thinness of the walls though - can hear everything going on in next door rooms - and even in rooms across the corridor!

Pleasant one night stay in Mumbai
Stayed for one night when in Mumbai on business as close to the office I was visiting. Check in and check out were both quick and staff very friendly. Room was a good size and clean and there was a good selection of drinks and snacks in minibar if you wanted them. Only issue I had was that the hotel does not appear on Google maps so was a little tricky to find. I think it was formally the Sangam Guest House. The hotel should really update this.

good hotel BUT issues need to addressed!
Were were here for 20 nights. Good friendly staff. but unfortunately the carpet in the entire hotel are disgusting and dirty dirty dirty!...also saw on 2 occasions cockroaches on the breakfast buffet!...shower water pressure is low/normal. Had some technical issues with the room which the maintenance staff attended to straight away. Air conditioning in the whole hotel is very good. The room was very comfortable. Unfortunately the room and all the towels smell of nasty damp mould. No nice fragrance at all on the towels or the rooms. Staff are very courteous. The breakfast for the 20 nights we were there was ALWAYS the same!. They only had a south Indian menu although they will make eggs and sausages for you on request, but the buffet choice was always "Idli and Sambhar". The clientele in this hotel are predominately from within India and as such I think that's the reason for the south indian style buffet; but EVERY morning!!!!...we were sick of it and decided to eat out on a few occasions especially as we were gonna be there for 20 nights! if things improve we may stay again in march 2021, but will check again before we book!... hope the management/ owners are reading this and make the necessary improvements/ changes.

Hotel.com you should remove the Sahil hotel from your list it is embarrassing and it’s dirty, laundry service was horrible clothes were still damp. Hotel is run down needs maintenance. Service provided by employees was great, food was OK. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone rooms are tiny and hotel is noisy, view from windows is garbage and dirty buildings. Poor location!

Okay for a few days for a solo trip
I went expecting a decent hotel with good customer service but was disappointed. The hotel is very dated, rooms are very unclean with stains and marks over the walls. The cutlery used for breakfast almost 1in 3 still had marks and stains on it from previous use. Breakfast selection is poor. When I arrived, although a guest they were unable to provide WiFi service.

This should be a 5 Star Hotel. Everything about it is above average. The large staff are so friendly, and fawn over the guests at a level that makes one feel as if they have mistaken you for royalty! The breakfast buffet is great.

Expensive for what it is
Stayed for one night before joining a tour. Room in good condition and comfortable. Staff friendly. Lots of confusion over whether I would need to change rooms for the tour - seemed disorganised. Breakfast not great - quite chaotic. For price it was only OK.

The rooms are really small to the price they are charging. The hotel was not helpful for redeeming us 10 nights given we were doing early check-in. Horrible as we were planning to come back again to Mumbai. Would not recommend.

its an exellent hotel .
The hotel is very clean and spotless .Staff is very helpful . Duty mananger Vikas is an exellent person and very helpful. Breakfast has lots of varieties . We had a very pleasant stay and have stayed at this hotel in the past and would recommend friends and family to stay here again and again, and its a place that we have adopted this hotel as our package each time we visit India. Thank You to all the staff and carry on with your good work.

Two day stopover
Hotel was a good location for shopping. Away from the traffic noise. Room could be cleaner. Shower room need some pegs as nowhere to hang clothes/towels. Breakfast Buffet was good, maybe it could have more variety of fruit and juices. Overall a good stay.

Great hotel in a central location
We really loved our stay at the Sahil. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the food was excellent. The staff was friendly and very helpful at all times. Hotel is well located in central mumbai- very easy to get an uber. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Home from Home
My husband and I spent 2 weeks in Mumbai so I could undertake extensive dental treatment. The staff at the Sahil Hotel cared for us with such warmth and kindness that we felt welcomed into a family. Situated in Mumbai Central, the railway station is close by and taxis are plentiful. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained and the food is utterly delicious with an extensive blend of local and western foods on offer. This is a medium sized hotel - not a large corporate chain where you are an anonymous number. We were treated with kindness, courtesy and grace, and I warmly recommend this hotel as a very pleasant place to stay.
