"This was out 4th visit to the Victoria Falls Waterfront. The welcome is always exceptional - warm and friendly. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The pools are clean and inviting. The bar and food are run to a very high standard. I understand that the lodge is owned by the company which provides safaris and other activities in the area so booking these is easy. We have now done a walking safari 4 times and see and learn new things each time. Cannot recomend this place enough."

Lee, dining room host was wonderful. Shuttle service was a bonus to get to and from various locations. Victor from Heritage booked several activities and cabs for us.
