"The sheets were stained, the checkin staff were uncommunicative, the room smelled of smoke, and there were limited dining or shopping options. We tried to get food delivered by Grab, but even that was canceled by the restaurant. Our room key stopped working for no reason and we had to get it fixed. At one point, somebody opened our door, but couldn’t get in because of the lock chain. I assume that was the cleaning staff. They could have knocked. I’m not disappointed. It was very cheap accommodation, so I wasn’t expecting much. "

"This hotel is worth every penny! Such a convenient and comfortable place to stay before or after a flight. Spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and a really lovely bathroom. I am always amazed at how clean, spacious and relaxing the rooms feel even though it is an airport hotel without windows to the outside world. Plenty of food and shopping options in KLIA2. If you are someone who would appreciate some rest time or a nice warm shower in a quality hotel room before/after a flight then this is the place to go. If you are planning on staying here, just remember to be considerate of other guests who may be asleep in their rooms at the time when you arrive - keeping noise levels down as you walk through the corridors would be very much appreciated by all."

"This airport hotel provides shuttle service from airport to hotel every two hours and we used them both ways. The room is beautifully decorated, modern and really clean. The staff is friendly from valet to receptionist and really helpful. We were given a free dink voucher at the cafe and a chocolate feast. We really enjoyed our last night in Kuala Lumpur before flying off to Sydney the next morning. Ket and James"
