"I asked to be in a room away from elevators because I am very sensitive to the noise, which I explained to the front desk. While they did give me a room away from the elevators, she put me in a room next to the gym. There were lots of people coming in and out at all times and slamming doors, and the weights slammed on the floor constantly. Not the best customer service in my opinion "

"The staff was friendly, they were able to accommodate us next to our family, the beds were so comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. The patio from the room was very cute, but we were unable to use it due to the rain. There’s always a next time. "

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Indoor pool was small and because it was indoor it got very loud in the room. The kids still had a great time swimming though. It is conveniently located close to the Morgan Hill Outdoor Sports Complex which is why we’re in town. We will also take advantage of the continental breakfast in the lobby tomorrow morning. "

"Staff was super nice and helpful. Room is small but perfect as we were just passing thru and needed a stay last minute. Room was nice and clean. Bed was a little hard but I’m also particular to a softer bed, was fine for my partner. All in all great stay and if I ever need a place to stay will come back. "
