The room was big had a lot space, the shower didn’t give hot water when you put it on hot water it wouldn’t flow it stopped working one time while I was taking a shower had to finish with cold water. Breakfast was sorry.

Had a great stay at hotel grand A view. The dtaff were amazing, super kind, friendly and caring. The hotel is great it kind of gives you the hotel/resort feel all at the same time which i thought was very nice and unique. Such a peaceful and well kept property. I will definitely be staying here again in the future

The staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Traffic in front of hotel was loud. Wish the shuttle ran more. No Tuesday's. And more times to the airport. Had to take a taxi to and from airport. Wish they had a lunch menu, instead of just a dinner menu all day long. But the food was very good .

Hotel was wonderful, stafff were friendly, and they provide a free shuttle to/from airport,gift shops and 2 beaches. Its only 2 restaurants directly near the hotel, one is located on the second floor and the other is down the road.

Most of the A Hotel staff were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Dinner is expensive compared to even America's top tourist spots. Some menu items were not available. Dishes were tasty. Hotel is a good stop over for tired long distant travelers both abroad and in Jamaica. Pool nice and clean. Great view of sea from hotel. Great transfers provided to and from Montego Bay airport.

I had a one night stay at Hotel Grand A View before heading to Kingston. Me and my daughter had an enjoyable time there. The room and bathroom were thoroughly clean which is always a big concern for me. The room and bathroom was furnished with modern furniture and equipments. The staff provided great customer service. Very helpful when needed. They communicated promptly via email in response to my questions and concerns regarding shuttle pick up from airport. The complimentary breakfast wasn’t the best but it was okay. We overall had a pleasant stay at Hotel Grand A View. Thank you

Ok so we arrived on a Friday. I sent a message asking what time the shuttle would be there for pickup. We arrived at 215pm. Only shuttle available was for 5pm?? So we skipped the "free shuttle". Arrived at the hotel after PAYING for a taxi. Checked in and went to room. Room had no place to hang any clothes and refrigerator didnt work. Tried to have them do something about fridge. They said they couldn't change it out and didnt offer anything else. The "FREE" breakfast was deplorable. We fed ours to the stray dog that lived across the street. Breakfast was the same every morning. Consistented of horribly made scrambled eggs that until I found eggshell in mine thought they were powdered for sure. The toast was cold and soggy sitting in a buffet server. The other items were somethings I never seen served as breakfast such as Liver and hotdogs and beans. Everything that came from the restaurant was WATERED DOWN including coffee and juice. Even the ketchup was watered down. The poolside bar was only open the Friday night we arrived. They said not enough occupancy to open the bar for food or drink. So not having a working fridge and no bar available ruined poolside activity. Finally when we went to leave we were notified that no "FREE" shuttle on Tuesday because thats the drivers day off. Had to PAY for a taxi to take us back to airport. Avoid this place.

This was my second stay here! Love the cozy rooms especially the shower, comfy bed and t.v. options. I appreciate their friendly service, delicious breakfast and that this hotel is close to beaches, the town and airport! And ofcourse, the amazing views!

It was convenient to stay as I was attending a funeral in close proximity. Short stay, did not get time to use the facilities. Beds comfortable. Check in and out was good. Staff attentive. Lovely restaurant waitress at breakfast. Would recommend for business trips and short stay. . Breakfast could have a bit more variety.

Beautiful property. Great view, clean, polite staff. A main road runs directly in front the property so sitting on the balcony outside the restaurant is quite noisy and the smell of diesel is quite strong. Rooms need more pillows. At least 2 per guest would be adequate. Rooms also need blankets instead of cotton sheets. Not warm enough with AC running at night. Hotel restaurant was the main problem. Menu was not interesting and food was not appetizing. Meals tasted as if they were prepared days in advance and heated when ordered, very stale. Jamaica is filled with delicious foods, fruits and fresh coconut water. This hotel fell short on delivering any of those. Luckily, down the street was an amazing restaurant "pepper's". The food was fantastic so, we ate there quite often. The hotel staff kept mum about this hidden gem. We found out from a taxi driver about Peppers!

The bathroom sink had settled water in it, maintenance had to come and make repairs plus there was still garbage in the trash bin in the bathroom. Aside from that everything else was excellent. Staff, service, food, pool, facility, excellent!!!

I liked proximity to airport I was dissapointed as complimentary shuttle was my reason for booking this hotel yesterday.After payment they emailed an alternate day schedule ending 5:30 pm I called ahead but was told it actually ends 5pm so I reached at 4:45 to catch it. My Godson was told that I was advised no shuttle today. I had to waste time and $ finding transit that accepts cards. By the time I got to hotel I was alreasy turned off

Very clean hotel. Excellent staff. Great view over Montego Bay, Very close to the airport, thus an excellent choice when staying over night for a morning flight or arriving on a late night one. Not really for vacationing. Next to a very noisy roadway.

this property is very clean, the staff they're excellent I love the location it's literally 3 minutes away from the airport I stayed at this hotel multiple time throughout the years it's never let ne down I love it.

This was a great find. I'm surprised the hotel wasn't fully booked. Great value considering the size of the rooms. The bathrooms were modern as well which is always a point of interest for my girlfriend. Great staff and service. Would stay again. Oh and free breakfast!

This hotel is located near Montego Bay Airports with spectacular views from the restaurant. The check in staff was friendly. I was surprised that the hotel room did not have a microwave, and no bottled water was provided. This is not a VIP access standards property.
