Little gem
This hotel has been refurbished and is very historic. Moissac is on the Camino and this was a bonus for us

Working holidays
Monday night was difficult to find any other restaurant other than the hotel. Dinner was delicious but pricey for a small town. Breakfast was fresh and offeeed a wide variety of cold and hot selections. I would try the package next tome I’m in town and have a go at the spa..

An historic watermill overlooking the river
A lovely hotel, we've stayed here twice whilst travelling through France. The food is excellent and the restaurant has a magical setting overlooking the river. My wife said the massage she had was fantastic too.

Beautiful location on the river
Stayed a night en route to the south of France. An excellent start to our honeymoon. Room was clean and spacious with a lovely view of the river. Cocktails on the terrace followed by a delicious Indian fusion meal at restaurant. Staff helpful and friendly. The buffet style breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Highly recommend.

one night in Moissac
This is an older building which they are renovating but by bit. The redone rooms are good. Ours had a lovely view down the river. Dinner was enjoyable, sitting outside, good service and innovative food. Staff spoke good English. Limited outside space dedicated to the hotel but open public spaces around and pleasant walks down the river. They have a secure parking lot and there is also public parking next to the hotel.

The ,situation was great right on the river front and the restaurant area was nice. However the rooms were tired and needed updating. Breakfast was sparse and on two of our three days there was no French stick, they had run out despite the fact that the boulangerie was 5 minutes away. Also our safe was not working and wasn't fixed or replaced. The dinner menu was inflexible in that there were two, three course, set menus and due to the high temperatures we didn't feel that we could do them justice. Restaurants in the town are very limited.

Good location, poor facilities
Mattress very uncomfortable (it dipped in the middle & had a waterproof sheet under it I think so made noise when you moved!) The decor was very tired & unfashionable. There was no pool either! The bar also closed too early in the evening. Staff very friendly, but I wouldn't go back. I think the whole place needs renovating!

Beautiful river location in old converted mill
A very welcoming and attractive old hotel on the banks of a river with lovely nature walks nearby. We particularly liked the view from our bedroom (and bathroom!) over the river and a great old bridge (room 309). I think most of the rooms also have excellent views. The hotel restaurant was in a great location on the terrace overlooking the river and we had several delicious unhurried meals there.

All style but little substance.
The wifi was poor.There was a lack of real management - a lot of young willing staff trying hard but lacking guidance from an experienced manager. The restaurant was quite expensive with limited choice and the food was bland, all style but no substance. The breakfast style was not good and having to wait for 10 minutes for bread in a French hotel restaurant - well! Problems with the room key were resolved but only after a long wait and of course the final bill was wrong and needed amending. The location and building are good but better management is needed.

Great views of the river
Hotel probably used to be first class in days gone by but is badly in need of upgrading. Didn't eat there as prices were way too expensive. Walked a short distance into the village instead. Excellent views and because we got a big discount good value. But no way would I pay full price.

Great location on the river, needs a renovation
The hotel is literally right on the river - our end room overlooked the river and beautiful bridge. The linens and beds are great - clean and crisp, the bathroom was huge with a large tub. We arrived by bicycle and they stored them for us in a locked room as the town is easily walked into in 5 minutes. It's a grand old hotel with a restaurant outside overlooking the river. We chose to eat in town but the view was terrific - should have had a drink outside. Staff was very helpful. The only downside is that carpeting had stains and the whole inside needs a renovation. It's not serious - for such a small town it is a huge hotel and a large outlay of money. But that would make it fabulous and a true destination hotel. We would stay there again.

Mini break enroute to St Tropez
Fab location, just a bit sloppy on checkout, the receptionist left to assist other guests and said back in 10 mins, we had prepaid so left the key and departed, we will return to this elegant hotel

Lovely location by the r iver.Good size room although told WiFi available in room could not contect.The hot !! water in the bathroom was tepid .When we told reception of this we got a shrug of the shoulders and we were told several guests had complained but no apology offered.Our expectations were of a three star hotel but very disappointing.

The room we had was beautiful-- overlooking the river. Could have stayed there a week. The spa left something to be desired... jacuzzi too cold and sauna out of service. Nice service, would stay there again.

Etancheitee des chambres moyennes... mal isolée entre les etages. Dommage beaux cadre. Petit déjeuner correct quand il y a tous les elements presents... Restauration un peu elevé vu ce que lon a dans l.assiette... Personnels agreables et presents avec le client. Il faudrait pour le client faire la difference entre service HOTEL et service SPA...!!!

Hotel schön am Flussufer und nahe bei der Altstadt gelegen. Restaurant war geschlossen, man hat uns aber auf der Karte Alternativen in der Stadt angegeben, nettes Personal. Zimmer mit alles was man braucht, alles hat gut funktioniert. Frühstücksbuffet mit schönem Angebot.

Hotellet är väldigt fint. Bra bemötande och fint rum. Nära centrum. Åt middag på hotellet som be utmärkt. Men, sängen var fruktansvärd i vårt rum 109. En hängmatta där resåren kändes och den knarrade varje gång man vände sig. Vi sov väldigt dåligt. Påtalade det i receptionen men de ville inte ta till sig det.

Bon hotel bon confort
Hôtel de bon confort mais un rafraîchissement de la salle de bain serait bienvenue. Chambre spacieuse très belle vue sur le Tarn et le pont de moissac. Parking facile au pied de l’hôtel. Centre ville accessible à pied. Personnel de l’accueil au top vraiment à l’écoute et très agréable. Petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur du prix mais sans doute lié à la situation sanitaire actuelle.

L’hôtel bénéficie d’une belle implantation dans Moissac : belle vue sur le Tarn depuis la chambre. On peut se rendre aisément en centre ville. Les personnes chargées de l’accueil sont très organisées ce qui est appréciable en cette période de gestion de crise COVID 19.

Séjour d'une seule nuitée pour raison professionnelle. Accueil et service de bon niveau. Restaurant de qualité. Buffet du petit-déjeuner frais et varié. Calme. Bonne couverture Wi-Fi. Stationnement aisé. Rien à redire.

Too expensive for what you get
When we arrived at 2:30pm we were first told that tgey give rooms only at 3pm before even checking if our room was ready (and it was). A little rude welcoming for me. For tge spa, it is not part of the hotel even if it is inside. I tried to book a treatment tge day before by calling the hotel and was told the spa will call me back but tgey never did. The room was spacious but really noisy with the river as they were big rains before and the window isolation not good

Dear Madam, dear Sir, I'm surprised to discover your testimony and your impressions. For organizational reasons, the rooms are available from 3 p.m for all our guests. This information is clearly indicated on the website and on your booking confirmation. I regret that this may have bothered you from the beginning of your stay. Concerning the Spa, we offer exclusive packages to book in advance and with special booking conditions. I am sorry that you did not get any feedback from the spa. We have cosy and spacious rooms with a view of the Tarn river and its bridge, a unique experience in the region. Our windows are double-glazed and we usually have very few complaints about building insulation. Unfortunately we cannot control the flow of the river. Hôtel très agréable avec de belle chambre par contre le restaurant n'est pas à la hauteur. Pas de choix de plat menu imposé. Rien dans l'assiette et beaucoup de cinéma pour des plats insipides.
