"Always a lovely place with great staff"

"Lovely hotel in a good location. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. A credit to the hotel. The room was a good size and very clean. Breakfast had good choices including freshly made omelettes. Restaurants nearby. I highly recommend staying here you will enjoy it. "

"It is a very basic hotel. Do not expect luxury. The plumbing leaks in the bathroom, noise from the busy casbah neighborhood fills your room but you get to watch life going by from your balcony. Why I am giving 5 stars? Phenomenal service, and cleanliness. Breakfast is realy nothing but cofee and some stale pastries but it is 24 hours available with a refrigerator filled with unlimited water. My husband and I are old. The service the staff provided us will be memorabl. We came back at the end of our two weeks in the country for this service. Thd neighborhood is fascinating even during Ramadan. If we come back, we will stay here again,"

"One of the most helpful hotels we have ever stayed in. Really went out of their way for us on several occasions. Breakfast is fabulous. The hotel itself is clean and to a good European standard. Easy access to the tram that takes you into town and close enough to the airport, and they provide a free airport shuttle. "

"Overall we had a positive experience staying here. The reason for not giving 5 stars was one of cleaning staff stole $100 from our room. We had momentarily left our room and did not think that in the short time we were downstairs, that cleaning services would be performed. We still had our personal belongings out and money was on the table. When we returned, we found that a $100 bill was missing. Management investigated their staff but found that no one supposedly had the money. Other than that experience, staff were friendly. Some spoke English which was positive as well, as my French is very basic and limited."

"The hotel is great and the pool is lovely. Staff and service were strong. The location is a bit out of the way. For everything, ask at the desk, reservations are typical for most things, not the restaurant but the pool and spa and car rental: everything seems to be arranged at least a day in advance, and more because not everyone works the weekend, so make those arrangements far in advance."

"Services need a lot of improvements, and for a country with so much beautiful fruits and vegetables, the buffet for breakfast is very poor. Staff need to have a lot of training for the guests. "
