"We stayed here for a week as a family of four visiting from the UK. The accommodation was well-equipped so we could cook for ourselves but there was plenty of eating options nearby. Beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of space to relax in the evenings. Breakfast was comprehensive with plenty of choice for the whole family. We found the staff welcoming and helpful. "There was no one at the front desk when we got there to check in. We rang the bell, looked around but no one in sight. There was a note that said "I am away and will be back".!! No phone number, no time mentioned as to when they would be back. Half an hour later someone shows up and instead of apologizing this not so bright guy says "I left a note that I am away"!!. Seriously? How did this note add any value to the customer who could see with their eyes that no one was there? No contact phone...
