"We needed a place to stay for a night and we chose this hotel because of the hot tub and free breakfast. The gal who checked us in was friendly and helpful. This hotel claims it is eco-friendly, however they are still using toxic cleaning chemicals. Our room was very potent. And because there aren't screens on the windows, you can't open them to get fresh air. More than 1 night would have been too much with that smell. I wish people understood that these chemicals and fragrances are toxic to...

"The customer service was great from the moment we walked in. I would've given it a 5 except that the room had a weird smell every time we walked in. I loved that they did housekeeping daily so that was a plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was great to be close to Mission Valley and Fashion Valley malls"

"Great location! Comfortable, clean, safe, and easy covered parking! The bunk beds and extra room was perfect for our teen boys! Nice buffet breakfast and pool (and hot tub) as well. We had issues with noise next door one night, but security was quick to take care of it. We would definitely stay here again."
