Hi Laura or Gemma Thanks for sending through your concerns to us. Your feedback is appreciated and valued as it provides an opportunity for both of us to reflect on what happened. Our pool is newly heated and it’s a shame it wasn’t suitable for your son. The heating system was only recently installed and it is very difficult to keep it at the desired temperature with the nights being so cold. Booking through a third party site can sometimes be misleading (or perhaps confusing?), we wish you had booked direct through our website as each cabin type clearly shows the features of each and you certainly booked into the cabin that you chose. It was only after Wotif contacted us to advise that you were wishing to cancel that we were aware of your concerns and at NO time did you mention anything about the housekeeping concerns you speak of in your emaill. If you had advised us of this on check-in or afterward we would have rectified this straight away. It is highly irregular for our meticulous cleaning crew to leave a cabin like this as they are usually complimented on how thorough they are. Regarding the staff, they were merely following policy on getting you to complete the Covid declaration which is now legally required. Please make sure to enjoy your stay at another property next time. All the best Lauren

Thank for your feedback, it is always appreciated. Unfortunately no time would have been a good time to close the splash park, however with the demolition of the building, safety must always come first, and luckily it was only closed for 1.5 days. It would have been fantastic if the weather was warmer for your stay, which would have meant swimming in the pool would have been pleasant. Hopefully, you still enjoyed your stay and enjoyed what Mildura has to offer.
