"The Settles is a beautiful old hotel and the premier structure in Big Springs. It has been totally remodeled and restored to its former glory. Unfortunately, there’s not much else in Big Springs, though there is so much potential in this town. The hotel has a restaurant which is okay, though there’s not much else to choose from in the town itself. The rooms and especially the beds are awesome. It is not cheap to stay in this hotel, but the beds make it worth it."

"Out of the 9 hotels we have stayed at on our tour, this was the best one. Great hotel, bed, service. We were very tired from our long tour, and as soon as we walked in we were treated like VIP's by Brooke. I believe that Brooke should be promoted as soon as possible because the level of customer service we received was outstanding. We will stay here again on another tour. "
