A room for 3 was booked and prepaid. There was only a queen bed in the room. Due to the floods, the second and third persons could not attend. When staff were approached regarding a refund for the missing third bed, it was refused. Even if a trundle bed could have been provided for the third person, that is not what was booked and prepaid for. This is false advertising. Apart from that, the room was dated, run down and not very clean. There was also a lot of road noise.
