80 dollars for 1 hr earlier check in. No silver benefits offered. Room was dusty and not cleaned properly. Couch was wildly stained.

We are traditional Marriott guest, but the proximity of the Hyatt is what made us stay here. We were pleasantly surprise as to the quality of the staff, the property and food options. We had a wonderful dinner and breakfast at the Hyatt Place. We strongly recommend if you need something convenient to the airport.

Rooms were neat and clean, checkin easy, no complaints there. The only thing that leaves a sour taste is having to pay for parking in front of the hotel, why isn’t that included in the stay?

Our flight was cancelled so stayed here overnight. Close to the airport with a free airport shuttle. Wonderful and very helpful staff.

The room had ample space and was extremely clean, including every aspect of the bathroom. Plus, the bed was very comfy. The gym had new equipment and natural light. One of the best points?: The shuttle driver, who was doing the last run of the night, was willing to wait a few extra minutes because my plane was a bit late, AND he told me where to find an awesome cup of coffee in the morning before I embarked on an international flight. Cleanliness, courtesy, and fabulous coffee... what more do you need? FYI: I rarely take the time to do reviews, but this establishment is noteworthy.

The staff were great, especially Brig, who was extremely helpful not only to us but also to another customer who had a very complicated situation. It was however disappointing walking in the level 2 corridor as the carpet has lots of dirty spots and the sofa beds in our rooms also had some dirty spots.

Beautiful room, clean and very spacious. Quiet rooms. Lovely staff who were very helpful. Great dining options, two areas to eat, we didn’t have to leave the grounds of the hotel. Very reasonable prices for the stay and convenience to the airport, also the food options were reasonable prices. Cheap parking too. We will stay here again.

Convenient location excellent quality hotel
We spent a night at the Hyatt Essendon Fields. Location was excellent and close to tge airport and easy travelnin to Melbourne CBD. Room was good size and well equipped. Breakfast was excelle t and onsite parking was easy to access.

We stayed the night before our early flight and was extremely happy with the Hyatt. The service was great and the complimentary shuttle to the airport was good. An added bonus was that the restaurant was fabulous. We couldn’t fault the service and the food was delicious.

The staff were friendly and informative. The check in and check out process was super smooth and nothing seemed to be an issue.
