Staff were great and very helpful as we arrived unexpectedly after hours. Room extremely small best for one person, but comfortable. Free gift given. Very limited parking.

Our motel room was older but recently painted, and we were very pleased with it. Frig & coffee making facilities were provided. It was all we needed for 2 nights.

The only good thing about this motel, is it's location. The rest - forget it! Waayyyy overpriced for what it is. As old as the hills, rooms that smelt funky. Was kinda clean, but kinda really not (someone elses hair in the bathroom, hubby wasn't game to use the kettle). Wouldn't have felt safe staying there without my husband. Front glass door was smashed, which wasn't comforting. Parking awkward. It's as dodgy as they come.

A motel in a convenient area, with off-street parking available. Public transport is nearby (about 800 m to the train). The room was clean, but very small. However, the price was low, so it was good value for money.

Pros- Room was clean and reception person was pleasant. Plenty of hot water. Cons- Whole place reeked of cigarette smoke, no sound proofing (heard toilets flushing, people on phone calls, microwaves all night), guest next door yelling and swearing at 5am.

Absolutely woeful!!! Had to book out and find another Motel Room was tiny with no room to move around the bed. Room was very old and worn and l felt rather unsafe in the building. It was more like a backpackers. I would like to apply for a refund.

We stayed in room 3, there was no heating at all. Both heaters didn't work. We had to get full clothed in bed and use the doona off the single bed aswell. We were making vapour from our breath. Nobody in reception from 5pm to 9am to get help from. No electric blankets either. Brrrr

The room was good however there was inefficient crockery, cutlery, or dish washing up items. The TV remote was faulty, on/off mainly inoperable even after new batteries had been fitted

The property is aged, it has had an attempt at a make-over but still an old complex. parking was extremely difficult, tight places if you could get one, water pooled every when it rained. Access from the main road was dangerous during busy periods. It time a developer moved in.

If you're looking for luxury, hi-tech & mod cons then this hotel definitely not for you. If you're looking for basic, clean & somewhere to throw your head for a night or two, at a very affordable price, then it is definitely the way to go. Office staff very friendly & helpful.

Hi John, you was stay in Room 16, as I remember that you was booking 2 x nights at double room, you called us that you'll coming with 3 ppl, so our staff was offer you to only pay $20 extra to stay in a family room. you just need to ask reception for a new kettle(I've checked kettle and it wasn't leaked).

Over priced run down motel, try to speak to reception and you can hardly understand a word there saying, laundry was absolutely filthy and you wouldn't dare attempt to wash your clothing. Very disappointed

Very basic and dated amenities with band aid fixes such as a fractured sink with massive line of silicone caulk, or thick coats of paint on doors. It's a very minimal viable product with median market rates that seemed pricey for such conditions. Staff were nice; and for a roof on your head, it does the job so long as you pay careful attention to your room door. Had a major problem with my room door not latching properly: it's a lightweight (not fireproof) door like a residential bedroom door and a basic bedroom keyed lock. Problem was after I finished my shower, I walked out to my room with the horror of finding my door opened despite the door handle lock was engaged. Turns out the door had too many coats of paint and didn't close shut to latch to the door frame unless you literally lean against the door. The shower exhaust fan that turned on automatically when I used the bathroom must have created a pressure difference to pull the room door open inwards. Totally not expected from any hotels I've stayed in. Next time I'm staying at other hotels/motels with doors that actually work.

We are the budget accommodation for people who want to save money. You really need to chose price over $150/night that would make you happy!
