Wonderful long weekend getaway
Great location. Wonderfully large room with all the amenities and amazing breakfast supplies provided. The double shower and spa tub were great to soak in after a long day. Bed is super comfortable too. Dianne was great to deal with directly for getting an extra night added and was easily available for any questions and recommendations. Would definitely recommend and hopefully can stay there again soon. Was a great long weekend getaway.

Lovely cosy accomodation. Amazing breakfast supplies. Everything provided and more! Dianne was lovely and helpful. Little lounge lovely and barstools are provided but neither are nice to relax in. Small dining table or two wing back chairs would be good but a lovely accommodation and location

Belgrave B and b is superbly located to some excellent restaurants and walk around the Dandenongs. We enjoyed a lovely meal from a local french restaurant which was an easy walk back to this property. Diane was a wonderful host and really went out of way to make our stay restful.

Beautiful Room in a private setting with an abundance of nature & birds. Despite being close to Belgrave shops and on a busy road, very quiet inside the room. Very comfortable bed, and a great selection of ingredients for breakfast, including Coffee & Milk frother and supplies. Clean & well equiped bathroom, with large spa looking out large window to private garden setting, very relaxing. Private garden has lovely chair & table setting, although not covered so can't use if raining. An excellent location, easy to get to & escape city rush, and excellent starting point to explore the Dandenonds. A return visit and didn't disappoint 2nd time round. Would happily stay again. Only suggestions, Cedar room has small lounge but table & couple of chairs would be more versatile. Umbrella over the outdoor setting, or a small bench on the verandah for when it's raining but not cold. A small cabinet or shelf in bathroom for putting personal toiletries on would be handy. Will soon be booking again for another Melbourne trip.

My boyfriend and I liked that it was dated, yet still really nice. It was with walking distance of the shops, so made it easy to get to.

Excellent stay in lovely accommodation right in the heart of Belgrave. Everything was perfect from the parking, to the room, the bed, the ambience, the location and the delicious breakfast provisions. Would certainly stay here again!

It's a wonderful little place for us three little Family. The generous serve of breakfast is fantastic. And the host took note that it's our anniversary and gave us a little bottle of wine with a lovely note on it.

This circa 1912 BnB is a great find. It's so close to the centre of Belgrave, and has all the charm and character you'd want when staying in the Dandenongs. If you are going to Puffing Billy, it is the perfect location. It would also make a good base for exploring the rest of the Dandenong Ranges.

Only stayed overnight. Was a good experience but was initially surprised we had to cook our own breakfast. However as hubby cooked it it wasn't so bad after all. Would go back there again.

Had a sweet little stay for my partner's 40th, super convenient to everything yet tucked snuggly away back from the road. Very clean, comfortable, and with lovely cottage character. Lovely breakfast with lots of options to cook yourself which was great to spend the time in this sweet little house.

Quiet and lovely
Quiet and peaceful, easy walk into the main street for dinner and movie or to anything else in Belgrave really. Had a lovely time celebrating our wedding anniversary, Diane is kind and helpful and just all round pleasant.

This was the cutest, coziest place! If you are riding the Puffing Billy, it is right near the station - within walking distance. Belgrave is a very hilly town, so note that the driveway is steep as is the walk to town. We loved it! It added to the charm. There's a small kitchen, and a basket of goodies are delivered so you can prepare your own breakfast in the morning. The espresso and milk heating machine are also in the room so this makes for a very enjoyable morning!

I was disappointed that the advertisement offered a breakfast "cooked to order" which was the reason for choosing this property. There were provisions supplied, but that is not what was promoted. I was expecting the classic "bed and breakfast" where the cooked breakfast is brought to the room, or taken in a dining room.

I stayed at Belgrave b&b for a friends wedding further out in Silvan. Dianne sent wonderful instructions on how to exit train station and find the b&b (very easy and close). A lovely clean and tidy room with a fully equipped little kitchenette, and bathroom with spa bath! The breakfast was wonderful, I only asked for cereals as I was going out early, but eggs and bacon etc are usually served too, along with cheese and crackers, juice and toast etc plus proper capsule coffee machine. B&B was only about 5 mins walk from the train station and easy to find, but couple of very busy roads need to be crossed. Very handy to lovely local restaurants at Belgrave, Woolworths supermarket and also cinema. a lovely stay, and "puffing Billy" the steam train can be heard in the distance!

Lovely and just what the doctor ordered
I had a nice conversation over the phone with instructions and directions. The breakfast items left for us to make was perfect. We had a magical time. The other I wish there was a comfy couch to lounge on.
