I was disturbed 3 times by the front desk staff who was alerted by the smoke detector , they called me at 22:00, 23:00 pm and 03:00 am , asking me if I was smoking. The calls disturbed my sleep and caused me ended up sleepless . I was badly affected by the rude calls.

Beautiful lobby but dodgy room service
Hotel has a really beautiful lobby with great concierge, check-in, etc. Rooms were okay but spotlessly clean which is great. The only thing stopping me from giving a higher review is the room service--I got an extremely salty French onion soup which gave me food poisoning, ruining my next 24 hours. I would stay again, but I wouldn't recommend the room service at all.

Gorgeous hotel, amazing pool, breakfast needs work
They have an amazing, amazing pool, a fantastic gym, and the rooms are spacious with great air con, good showers and a lovely view of the city. The breakfast is below average, a boiled egg I asked for was raw and I saw a creepy crawly on the toast which put me off. They also don't let you pour your own coffee, and their coffee is bad. There is a silly system where there are two receptions, so you never know where to check in, get your parking validated, how to get first aid (we needed a plaster) or where to store your luggage. We kept getting sent around the place! We ordered a margarita pizza for room service and they used sweet ketchup for pizza sauce... I think the kitchen needs quite a bit of work to make it truly 4 stars but the rest of the experience is wonderful.

Nice hotel in the center of city
- The breakfast is super. This is the most important thing for me in choosing a hotel. - About 15 minutes walk to Merdeka Park to have dinner. - About 8 minutes fast-walk to Sun Plaza. - 2 minutes walk to Paladium Plaza to find out pork and beer. - About 10 minutes to train station by car. - Deluxe room is more comfortable than Superior room, except I go alone. - The services is good. Staff are polite and helpful. - Parking lot is spacious and safe. - The price is adequate to the value.

Amazing breakfast, great location
I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel for such an amazing breakfast selections, from local cuisines to western bakery. The location is great, approximately 10-minute walking distance from Merdeka Walk. I hope the spa has male masseurs in the future because as a Muslim man, I am very particular about this. Thank you very much!

There should be entertainment in the hotel.
Not ma y staff speak English. So it's very difficult to communicate with them. It's look that your staff is not familiar with the European customers.
