"My family loves everything in Crusoe Cabins & the entire Casobe. There's just some minor thing to fix in the cabin where we stayed - the shower door is not closing properly thus water goes out of the shower area making the toilet area always wet & slippery. But overall the stay was great, we'll definitely come back. "

"No WiFi. No activities available. Murky pool water. Poorly trained staff - they sit and play with their phones without asking the guests if they would like to order. Tiny menu with no fruit in a country full of fruit. Some lady manager was talking at full volume at 0615 just a few meters from our door. They beach is a mess. "

"What I did not like the most was the musty smell of the room. Did not bother to ask for room change as it will take a lot of time. Note that the smell stuck on my shirt after I woke up the next day. "Dining - excellent staff service - you’ll have your main server, and once food is being served. You’ll have 1-2 more assisting. Another example, my son was eating his ice cream, and without cue, a staff gave him water to go with it. Thank you.
